    Base is to large to fit into the light fixtureWe emailed ahead and asked if these are thin enough at the base, but the item was too large to fit into a G4 recessed outlet base. Does not exactly replace the 2 pin halogen bulbs that slide in.1Fits well and nice colorAppears to be great quality. Have only had them installed two days so don t know able longevity. Appearance is excellent but brightness is slightly less than 10 watt halogen these replaced. I hope these hold up in landscape lights with casing being plastic. Working well so far.5Warm Incandescent OutputWhile these don't seem quite as bright as the halogens they replaced I am happy with them. They generate less heat, should last much longer and use so few watts I don't mind leaving them on as night lights.5Does not fit standard G4 slotsThese bulbs are bigger than standard sized G4 bulb slots. Unfortunately, does not fit. Had to return2Yellow white color - Work well - Dimmer than 20W more like 10WThe two LED bulbs tested are in my view as bright as the 10W led bulb 2700K (using 1.,2W) and are much more yellow. The appear like standard soft white bulbs. I believe that they will work with our light well. They are NOT bluish in any which way. These LED bulbs are used in a Hampton Bay 12V outdoor lighting systems. This is the 3rd iteration of LED bulbs (10W LEB bulbs still work well). Due to low power consumption we will have them working dusk to dawn.4Energy Saving g4 led bulbsThese led bulbs work well and are attractively priced. Exactly as described and works perfectly. The bulbs fitted into my under-cupboard lights in the kitchen and still left space. They provide instant, flicker-free light, and do seem just about as bright as halogens. Highly recommended and happy with purchase.5Does not work in all fixturesWhen installed into a LED fixture the lights flickered when on. Had to order other bulbs from lighting store that didn t flicker.2Nice Replacement For Hologen LampThis bulb is actually very nice, it appears to simulate the look of my original hologen bulb quite well with a realistic warm glow.The good thing about the led version is it does not get hot at all, my original bulb got very hot. I have had the new one on for the whole day and it's bairly even warm to the touch.One thing to note, if your light has a high and low setting as mine does, both settings will show the same brightness it can't go brighter like my original hologen bulb can. But it's really not a big deal in my opin, as I only used the low setting in most cases. Just somthing to keep in mind.I think it's maybe a tad less bright but no problem, I will accept that over flaming hot any day. I can not answer as for it's lonjectivety as I have only been using it a few days. I can tell you that my hologen lasted more then 4 years constant use. I would hope this one last as long or longer. Will post back again if any problems occur.Right now I would say it's a fantastic replacement, see pics it's very close to the size and shape of the original bulb it replaced. I think one should try it. I do not think you will be disappointed.52 dead bulbs, the rest were great.Bulbs that worked were great, but 2 of them in the package were entirely dead. The overall size is nice and compact and easily fit in my puck lights... it wasn t worth the hassle of returning them, but I hate getting defective product...2Love L.E.D.sThey draw so much less current and are brighter. I cannot rate longevity since they've only been installed for 2 weeks. Get back to me in 5 years.5
