    Perfect fit and warm Great item to keep face out if the winter elements. Warm and durable. 5ok product wish neck was longer. Winter Hood is somewhat warm but better than nothing.Pros1. Somewhat water resistant.2. Has Spots for hand warmer inserts.3. Can be tied inside hard hat.Cons1. Velcro is low quality2. Tie straps for hard hat is not in right spots so will have funny feel when used with hardhat.3. Not long enough to stay in collar so will have cold neck. AND even if that wasn't true, it's not just construction workers that wear hard hats. This fits me perfectly and will fit better after it softens a bit more from washing and wearing etc. Very warm, the straps didn't interfere with my knob at all, and in fact went through little slots in the band just the way it was designed to do.
