    Not compatible with M5 hardwareThese are well-made, strong and rigid mounts at a fair price. However, they didn't work out ideally for my application. The long mounting slots are too narrow to accommodate the M5 (5mm metric) screws commonly used with t-slot nuts on 2020 aluminum extrusion. I measure the long slots at 4.24 mm wide so you will need to mount these with M4 or smaller screws. Another option would be to grind out the slots with a rotary tool where you want your M5 screws to go. If you are hoping for a drop-in solution to make your 3D printer stepper motors more rigid (like I was), you might want to get some M4 mounting hardware (screws and t-slot nuts) along with these brackets.3Three StarsOK3Surprisingly stiff stepper motor brackets are perfect for your projectThese stepper motor brackets are perfect for my project. Surprisingly stiff with the corner bracing welded on there. They are so cheap I can't make them myself at this price. I ordered them and have one as a spare for my next project. I loved that they came with the motor mount screws.
