The product works great. I bought the product on april 17, 2015 , everything that i suspected what the employee's was doing was true but i could not prove it. I needed the second pair of eyes. The product works great. 4Two Stars Does not work on 5GHZ Wireless 2Very high quality I have had this camera for over a year, the reliability and quality of images are outstanding, additionally the motion sensor that activates the camera is remarkable. We travel extensively so I have the camera mounted in the hall way outside of our condominium doorway. Checking if there has been any activity near our door, is as simple as touching the icon on our cell phones and review the history. 5Not a great product and not just plug and play Every time it loses power you have to go through the whole thing to rest it. Not a great product and not just plug and play. 2The film quality is good, the setup was quick and the customer service ... I used this camera to catch a secretary who was stealing money from the cash draw. The film quality is good, the setup was quick and the customer service was great. I had a technical issue and was helped through it. The only downside is your limited on range of view. 4Setup was straight forward and easy to accomplish Pro: Setup was straight forward and easy to accomplish.Con: Picture quality was sub-par and field of view was quite narrow. 2One Star Video is good. Wish it had sound but can deal without that. Instructions were very hard to come by, and even a search of the model # yielded a different product on the company's own website. While I'm new to spycam/home security, I am not new to the industry... having installed a couple dozen different types of security DVR's, camera's, etc.. for commercial businesses and corporations over the years.I bought 2 of these for my friend who is a property manager. Although these are designed to be wireless, I wanted to keep them hard wired so I ran the cat5e cables to where these camera's were going to be placed. Once I re-routed some electrical outlets and got these up and online, setup was easier than I was thinking it was going to be.These record to your computer only (maybe a DVR, I'm not sure about that, but I don't think a DVR would work with these). The picture quality was much better than expected and even at 15FPS (which seems very low but it is clear and non-choppy) you can clearly see who/what/when. These have a day/date time stamp. You can watch playback while these are currently recording (you cannot watch the video it is currently recording, however.)It records in increments so you'll have several files for a 24/hr period.Setting up the phone viewing was another breeze! You don't have to worry about DynDNS or other ridiculous things like that. If you put your cell phone on the same network as these are, connect them to your phone, (dont forget to put password on your camera's), and then turn off your wi-fi and use your carrier's network, you will still connect and rather quickly even!These do have motion sensor that will start recording when they sense movement and I believe they will also send your phone an alert email (you will set up your email to use in the PC app).All in all, I would definitely recommend these if you're trying to catch someone in the act. 4Good product Good product 5The customer service could not be better!
