When I told them they dont stand behind their products for an obvious defect, they replied, Vizio stands behind their product with a 1 year manufacture warranty. I think a tv that is over $1000 should last longer than 2 years.1Good god, save yourself the headache and avoid this slow, terrible, clunky, piece of garbage tv.What a dissappointment. Had this tv a while now. It just has so many issues. Slowest start up imaginable. No product support or updates whatsoever. Randomly drops the startup page and just hangs on a black screen, then requires you to load an app and then exit it in order to get to the actual home page. This is pretty much the only way to get to the home screen now upon start up. Rediculous. I know it's a cheap tv, but this thing shouldn't even be on the shelves. Total p.o.s.1I purchased this TV and set up and the picture ...I purchased this TV and set up and the picture has vertical and horizontal lines. It apparently was damaged in their manufacturing or in transport. However, Vizio will not honor their warranty saying the damage was not their fault. I do not know how they can conclude it was not damaged when they packed it. I will never buy Vizio again. They offered me a replacement for 1100$. They just barely (7/01/2019) added a YouTube app. Yes, it's 2019 and they just BARELY added a YouTube app. Even then it still sucks because smartcast NEVER works.1Excellent budget TVExcellent large tv for tight budget. Color accuracy is spot on out of the box when using standard mode. Colors are vibrant and contrast is very good for the price. Wish the TV was a little bit brighter but that is a minor con. Also, I see a very slight hint of motion blur when watching football but that is also a slight con for this price. Overall picture quality is exceptional. I'm coming from a history of only using Samsung and Sony TVs and projectors. This TV is definitely better than any previous Samsung TV I've owned. Would definitely recommend this TV for watching movies and tv shows. Sharp, vibrant colors and high native contrast picture.4AMAZING THEATER FOR THE HOMEDon't believe the NEGATIVE reviews, this is an AMAZING TV, with an AWSOME PICTURE. This TV does not come with a coaxial cable, OUTMODED, or a TV tuner, UNTRENDY. If you want to see regular channels, than you must have a cable box. The new generation STREAM everything now in our days, and CABLE will be obsolete soon. I love the TV, PICTURE, SOUND, and above all the SIZE.!.!.! A whole NEW EXPERIENCE watching MOVIES and SPORTS on TV.... I LOVE IT!!!!!!!5
