    Well made, nice handle, sexy looking blade Very well made, did a review on the 10 , but kept the 12 5Beast Thing is a beast, looks like it will stand the test of time. I like the edge, cuts meats very well. I'm a butcher so I bring this thing to work & make premium cuts all day long. Price might have been a LITTLE more merciful (not by much) but in the long run it's a great investment and those of you who aren't butcher can save a ton of money trimming up your own meats with this. 5Great for those brontosaurus rex steaks Great knife 4Great if you're in the trade Delivered razor sharp, a few swipes on my Victorinox steel and the journey begins. I have a knife in my hands 8 hours a day and I've only had hand me down knives from my previous butchery mentors. The two hand me down 12" cimeters I use have at least 30 years of use combined, so it was time to shell out for another high end knife. I should have gotten a new knife a long long time ago. Used it for the first time today. It brought the passion for butchery back. 5Big Knife Great knife, a lot bigger than I expected (thought the measurement included the handle). This knife could be confused with a machete, but really works great to break through fish back bone, ribs, etc. And, it keeps the edge for a long time, good steel. 5Awesome knife! Great knife and is super sharp! Just wish the clear plastic sleeve was made of better quality. I received mine ripped and so I need to find another sleeve that will hold this knife securely. The knife it a very nice quality, just don't want to store in a drawer with nothing to product us from cutting ourselves. 4Great knife Got it as a gift for one of the chefs who work with me he loves my and he now loves his 5Well this sucks! Beutifull knife but has small dings in the front of the blade not cool when you spend that money and don't get to enjoy the factory edge .think it came out of the reject box.don't feel like going through the motions to return it so known have to sharpen the blade and get the burs out ! 1Purchased for as a Birthday Gift. My son who is a chef loves his new knife.
