Perfect for our daughter! Our three year old is sensitive to loud sounds, something we learned at a hockey game. She loves going out to sporting events though, so we started looking for a good pair of ear protectors.These fit great and she says they're comfortable. They block out enough of the loud noise to let her enjoy the games without issues, but she can still hear what we're saying to her. 5Extremely Tight - would not even fit a babys head These headphones are so tight so for that reason I would not recommend these. This wouldn't even fit my 1 year old's small head without causing too much discomfort or pain. I suggest buyers to purchase another brand unless the manufacturers of this product are able to change the design where you are able to adjust the tightness. 1Monster trucks=too loud. Fireworks=fine. I bought these for Monster Jam for my almost 3 year old daughter fit was good. They worked for it when the trucks first came out, but once they floored it for races and stunts, it was too loud for these headphones to handle. Says the toddler. If your kid has sensory issues, these won't work for a monster truck show in a stadium. It might have worked for my older kids, but I think reinforcing these by also doing ear plugs would be better. I will try these for fireworks with her. I am pretty sure these will be perfect for that. Assume they were if I don't update this review to say otherwise. 3if someone is yelling or echoing like in school gyms or bathrooms My one daughter is on the spectrum and has SPD (Sensory Processing Disorder) She will cry if its too loud on the school bus, if someone is yelling or echoing like in school gyms or bathrooms. She loves them. I actually purchased another set for her sister, she is not on the spectrum but does have SPD and she hearing sensitivity is more intense then her older sister and she loves her headsets. These are fashionable and comfortable for them. No complaints here. 5Both kiddos loved them Got here in less than 48hrs after I ordered them just in time for the Thunder Over Dover airshow.Fit my 7month and 3y/o perfectly. Neither complained about wearing them and now every time my son hears a plane he asks for them 5Fuschia Kid Headphones Rock Gave it to three year old for her birthday. She loved them! Her Daddy placed them on her ears and was less than a foot away when he spoke to her. She said "I can't hear you!" much to our glee! Her parents, also, love the sentiment and practicality of the gift. Plus, it is fuschia. Would highly recommend them! Their neighbors shoot off firecrackers on New Year's Eve and now she won't be screaming in fear. Plus won't have to wear Grandpa's earphones on 4th of July! We got it for a concert that my 7 year old was going to. we had front row seats and it was LOUD. worked great. my only reason for giving it 4 stars is that it is very tight to get on. the ear cover parts are very hard to maneuver and it takes an adult to get on. Once on, it worked GREAT.maybe with time it will loosen up but for what we wanted it worked.color was exactly as shown. for the price you can't go wrong. 4Too tight but they do the job. These are pretty good, we got the size for our 5 yo. They definitely keep the noise out. But be sure to get the right size, maybe even a size bigger than you think. I know they are supposed to be tight, helps with noise reduction, etc, but these were EXTREMELY tight. I had trouble opening them and keeping them open while putting them on her without them snapping shut. I also had trouble figuring out if they were adjustable to make them taller from ears to the top of the band. I don't know if they are supposed to be adjustable, but I couldn't do it. So maybe I'm challenged in this area, but I preferred the other brand of ear phones I got for my other children, easier to use and just as effective with noise reduction. 3Hard for young kids to put on by themselves It works and my 5 year old was initially in love with it. Mainly she needed to take it to use at school during lunch time (cafeteria is super noisy) and aftercare. Well it's really hard to lower both ear muffs and pull open at same time!. And she's a strong kid! But even I struggle because the headphone keeps folding on itself, also ear muffs slide up/ down on a thin metal bar which makes it even harder to open. Last time she tried to wear it by itself it pinched her finger badly and she ended up with an open blister/ wound on fingertip. No more. Maybe good for kids that have adult help at all times. 3Calms my child by muffling noise They work great for my girls who have trouble sometimes with noise. Especially my youngest with super loud things like fireworks. They dampen the sound to a tolerable level. You can still hear, but its kinda like floating in water with your ears just below the surface. You can hear your breath sounds more , which is soothing too. My only dislike is the earpads can spin 360 on the metal thing holding them. Which causes them to flip around backwards and that annoys my 7year old, who pulls hard to fix it. They have not broken, but if she pulled super hard repeatedly they might have that potential. I've asked her to have me or someone help her so to avoid that situation. They adjust well and are comfortable. My kids wear glasses and that hadn't been any issue with comfort so far. 4
