Quick shipping Working great 5And making maps is actually quite easy, I've used Trail Tech products for over 12 ... Has worked as described for two years, never fails, affords so many features for exploring off road, but ya gotta load your own maps or make new one from your trips. To be clear it does not allow you to install maps but only make your own maps via tracks or upload tracks. It works very good though if you have GPX files for your favorite riding areas. I like this unit a lot. 5Does exactly what it is supposed to do This is my 2nd voyager and they are grest. Dont expect a full on mavigation style gps though. It is much simpler. You load up your trail routes as a gpx file and that is all that is on your screen. No topo maps or streets. But what it does have is tons of trip data, engine temp, tach, speedo (measured at the wheel and/or by gps) lap timer, avg. speed, hour meter, and ambient temp. Well worth the money 5This purchase has been a terrible experience for me This purchase has been a terrible experience for me. I got the Voyager on Jan 28, 2016. After installation, I noticed that the internal battery would not charge. I called Trail Tech service department and they promptly sent a new battery. So far, so good, and the new battery did charge. But then the unit would not turn on unless I disconnected the internal and external batteries. So I called Trail Tech, and they gave me a RA to send the unit for service. After examining my new Voyager, they said it showed a manufacture date of Nov 2014, which put it out of warranty. After convincing them that I had just purchased it, they repaired the unit and shipped it back. Now it turns on and off with the switch. Good again. EXCEPT. Now the SD card does not work, which means I cannot access the unit with my computer to import or export files. Which makes the map function pretty well useless. At this point, I am a little steamed. I'll call Trail Tech again on Monday, and attempt another repair. By this time, my 30 day window for returning to Amazon has expired, so I'm stuck with this faulty (brand new) unit. Terrible. 1Four Stars NIce little system 4I bought this GPS to use in my outdoor snow ... I bought this GPS to use in my outdoor snow machine activities. The intended use was to have it as a mapping guide, in addition to using it to track where I've been. The mapping was non-existent. The screen was blank. It showed mapping on the screen pics. I'm returning this item. 1
