    Confused by the strap...I purchased this case to use with the BaoFeng UV82 radio. The radio fits in the case nicely, however the display is not visible while in the case. I have an external speaker/mic that connects to the radio, and this case does not interfere with it.What puzzles me is the neck/waist strap. It has three ends that each have a clip on the end, and the case has clips on the top and D-rings on the bottom. Usually, the clips would attach to the D-rings, but in this case (no pun intended), the radio would hang upside down if you clipped only onto the D-rings. It is confusing just trying to figure out what the intent of the designer was.What I like about the case is that there are several ways to use it: attached to a belt, clipped to almost anything, or hanging by the strap (with the caveats mentioned above). For the price, it seems fairly well made, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an inexpensive radio holster.What I don't like is the confusing strap.I also wish there were a way to view the display while the radio is in the holster, but this probably doesn't really matter much, since it will mostly be used on a belt in my case. This isn't really the fault of the holster, but more of a statement of the design of the radio.Overall, I'm very pleased with this radio holster/case.4Multi-Option RigFor the price, this is a good quality item to carry your radio however you wanted, either walking, on ATV, and etc...5Secure Pouch. Included strap is worthlessFor a belt pouch for a small radio, this works great. I bough it primarily for carrying my Yaesu VX-6R, after I broke the belt clip on that radio. It holds the radio very securely, yet, I can snatch it out quickly. It's a big of a pain to get the radio back in, though. It does offset the radio a bit from your belt. I typically wear a 2" gun belt, and the belt loop on this pouch is wide enough to fit through. Plus, the pouch is sturdy enough that the whole rig doesn't flop around when I walk.The strap, however, is too short and too thin to be of any use.4It's just okayThe ties came out but was able to put extra knots. The directions were poor and one of the straps the stitching came undone but I was able to sew it back3Made for little peopleShort strap ever. Unless you re like 4ft tall this is not good for over the shoulder.2Love it, it fits my Baofeng UV-82 radio, Baofeng UV-5R radio and Uniden Submersible 50-Mile GMRS/FRS radio!!I bought this hoping that it would fit the variety of radios that I own and it does, perfectly! See my pics in the "Images from Customers" section.Pros: Construction is pretty solid / Multiple ways to wear it / Nice universal size / Price is reasonableCons: I wasn't keen on the white stitching for "MSC-20B" so I used a black Sharpie and it looks much better in black. / The front latch seems a little flimsy and isn't easily replaced since the "Female" portion of the latch is built into the case.Bottom line: I think it will be a great case and will get a lot of use since I can fit either of my UHF/VHF Boafeng radios in it or my Uniden GMRS/FRS radio! I happen to have a Uniden brand that wasn't even mentioned in the ad for the product, but I took a chance with the pricing being so good and ordered it. The ONLY drawback, and it's not a big one or a deal killer, is the strap that goes over your shoulder to carry it that way isn't very long. You'd have to be a slim guy or gal for it to fit. I'll go out and find my own strap however. This is why I rated it less than perfect. So as far as feedback to the seller, please be more generous with the amount of strap you use that comes with the pouch.4Actual holster is decent, sling is a complete jokeI'm an EMT and I got this for my Motorola HT1250LS radio that I carry on duty. The holster actually fits perfectly and apart from all the clips and d-rings being plastic it seems decently constructed. The sling on the other hand is a complete joke. I'm a pretty small guy, about 5'9" 140 lbs and it is so small it's absolutely useless if you're trying to wear it like a purse, and the three clip set up is both ridiculously confusing to set up and limits you to wearing it like a concealed sidearm on your rib cage. Either way, I got about what I expected for $10, and once I replace the strap I think it will have been a decent purchase.3As time goes on and if I find a better way to wear this pouch I will remove all ...While decent in construction it does add some bulk/thickness to the radio that could have been avoided by a different design. I'm currently using the strap in a waist configuration so the added attachment clips on the pouch are not needed. As time goes on and if I find a better way to wear this pouch I will remove all the added attachment points to reduce it's thickness.For the cost, it's a good value but not quite what I had in mind.3Fits Baofeng UV-82 perfectly!I got this holster based on a previous buyer saying it fit his, and boy oh boy is this a hidden gem! Perfect for UV-82 or UV-5R with extended battery, it clears both the transmit button and the speaker mic jack. I modified mine after I found it fit my duty belt, because I had no use for the plastic D rings or clips. The chest harness is obviously made for people of much thinner body types, but considering its country of origin it's ok. Great for kids and teens if they fit it though, so still four stars. Excellent material. I will buy another for my normal belt so I don't have to take it off each time.4
