    Perfect if you need a gang cover to accommodate a transformer.power supply.I needed a non-metallic gang cover with extra room in order to accommodate a transformer. Very satisfied. Just note that this is much deeper than the typical gang cover. 5Not fully weatherproof but nice big size.The deep cover gives extra room to plug in a transformer. Not really weatherproof, more like weather resistant. Our GFCI outlets kept tripping when it rained, especially when it was windy. I had to do a lot of extra work to get these to seal and survive in rainy weather. Don't know of a better option, so I can make these work. 4goodPlenty of room in the cover for 12 ga or heavier cable. Seal is standard and cable hole is rectangle hole, not individual punch out. As such it leaves room on the side for bugs to go into. Price is good compared to store brands. Raised lip all around so most of the rain water should go around it. 4Buy another brandRequires using screws from the plug itself. Did not want to attach to the plug itself. Had to drill out the area where these screws were. 2 other brands I ve used did not require this. Modified it because I didn t have time to go get another brand. Plastic seems a better choice for outdoor installs where moisture could be present, vs metal it provides an additional layer of insulation against shock hazards.Doesn't lock shut very well when using heavier cords like the 12/3 SJOW used to power my roof de-icer. I'm concerned that it might pop open during a blizzard and allow moisture in/trip the GFI, right when the de-icer is needed the most. Might need to rig something up to assure it stays closed. 3Easy to installNeeded a deep box to replace different TayMac cover. The replace took about 3 minutes. 5
