    Broken after 1 monthI loved the item initially, it was just what I needed. My phone handset receptacle is really recessed so this is the only style that would work, and it worked fine for 1 month and then died. I could barely hear people talking and they could not hear me at all. I didn't suspect the detangler at first, but that's what it was. I threw it in the trash where it belongs. 1detanglerwasn't good for my need, not worth sending back for a refund, postage cost more than it was worth, gave to thrifty store, maybe someone else can use it. 3Broken in 3 daysThis cord detangler broke within 3 days of light use. The problem with buying something over the Internet is when small ticket items like this fail. Dealing with the hassle of returns is more trouble than it's worth...which is why reviews are so very important to ensuring that you're getting a quality product. In this case, you are not. Skip it. 1Doesn't WorkI needed this for my CISCO office desk phone. Design of the handset limits most detanglers so I tried this one. This one does not unwind cord as advertised. 1It detangles, but...This handy little device is great at keeping the phone cord detangled. Unfortunately it's not too good at passing along the phone conversation. The sound cuts in and out unless I jiggle the device and hold the phone receiver in a certain way. So far I've found this much less annoying than the big ball of tangled cord I used to have on my desk. I guess there's always a trade off, but this is a good way to unload some stress for very little coin. 3WORTHLESS -A RIPOFF!!!!This telephone cord headset detangler (model X0006XQO2P) is totally worthless. The rotor contacts are so badly designed and cheap (buyer beware at this price...) that the phone line cuts out continually and loud static is induced into the line. It may detangle but the idea is to be able to talk on the phone as well. Stop selling this item! 1Worthless.Garbage. Just like the other reviewers said. Worked for a half a day. Then crackled. Then cut out. After losing two important phone calls, I returned. I should have trusted the other reviewers. 1easy to add to phoneI use a 25 foot cord which can tangle and twist up very easily. this is just the thing to prevent the cord from all of the tangles. 4Run Don't Walk!!!I read the reviews and thought, maybe they weren't using it right. The second I unwrapped it and installed it, my phone connection was terrible and kept cutting out. I will deal with the tangled cord. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! 1Great connector design, does what it's supposed to, plus a stands-tall seller who acts quickly & decisively in customer service.This is a wonderful type of tangle free cord attachment. Mine didn't work when it arrived (promptly), but the seller (who unfortunately didn't have others at the time mid-Aug-14) told me not to bother to return the defect and credited me promptly. I'd order from this seller again anytime. Also it was a fluke that this first one didn't work. With this seller out of inventory I found another seller and ordered. This second chance is here already and working for me as designed. Both were protected the same for shipment, so it was a fluke the first one didn't make it. 1
