    Terrible did not work on an M88 radioTerrible did not work on an M88 radio. It is missing 3 pins on the connector they ,may be unnecessary, and when I plugged it in the first time it kept the radio keyed. The second time nothing happened. Third time it shorted out the radio. These Mics function great year round indoors and outdoors, in temperatures ranging from -10 - +115 degrees Fahrenheit. Rain, sun or snow, these mics work great! They accept the standard 3.5mm input for all of your surveillance earpieces. I have personally used this mic in the most awful weather conditions for hours at a time. I strongly recommend this product to all of our new hires, and to anyone considering it. Don't be fooled and cheated the way I was with cheaper deals. This is the Best Icom Mic on the market.5
