The phone app is very limited and more than half the time I am unable to contact the cameras. It seems like the batteries go bad rather quickly and they are expensive and not rechargeable. The camera detail is good even when zoomed. I have yet to be able to make the cameras take an event image or video so they are useless for surveillance unless you're logged in all the time. I liked the base hub s ability to rotate 360 degrees but the major flaw and reason I returned the system is that it is only viewable via mobile apps (Android & iOS). I added this system to my older Samsung Smartcam SNH-V641bn which is webviewable. After setting up the new system on my home network via the required app, I was unable to find the cameras on the web viewer. After calling support I found out the new system is only viewable on the app and there are no plans to update it to web view capability.
