    Outstanding Gun OilMy Ruger 10/22 Magnum automatic functions much better with Slip 2000 EWL. All of my guns stay lubricated even after months of storage in my gun safe. It doesn't evaporate and even a light coat stays put and protects. I highly recommend Slip 2000 products!!!!!!!!!!!! 5Slip or nothing!I have this on my gun, and I must say it is the best! It works at a molecular level, and is the best verses other brands when compared. Check out AR15 dot com's reviews on all brands for lubrication, protection, and cleaning. This was worth every penny.Edit 2-15-13Just took my AR-15 out, and she worked smooth with this lube. Upon cleaning it, I was able to just wipe her off with a peice of paper towel. I didn't need a brush (though I used one just to make sure), and the lube did what it was suppose to do. My hands were pretty black, so I figured it'd be tough to clean off. With just a small amount of soap (same amount if you were normally washing your hands), I was able to get all of it off. Absolutely superb.Expect more orders of this from me! 5Love this stuffI use this primarily on my cruisers m4. The rifle is in the cruiser 24-7 driving through hot, cold, windows down ac or heat onMost lubes I have tried will evaporate off the gun and leave it dry by the end of the month or sooner.EWL 30 stays in place and has remained wet three months later.I wipe the rifle down once a month regardless if its fired did the 3 month test once to see if it would evaporate and it did notAlso its non toxic with great lubes like this there is no reason to use motor oil which can cause cancer and other aliments 5Could be more viscousDoesn't quite stay put as advertised. In fact, it ultimately migrates anywhere regular EWL would. I would give it three stars for exaggerated claims, but since it is otherwise identical to EWL, which is the best lube money can buy as far as I'm concerned and I wouldn't want to discourage anyone from trying it, I'll give it five, reluctantly. 5Don't need an oiler, as this as a sized tip you control the amount you need.I thought this was gun grease but its really a quality oil. The bottle has a cap, and once removed, you will need to trim the tip of the nozzle to the desired flow. I kept is as small as possible, as oiling should be sparingly.The application to an old WWII pistol I am restoring was excellent, and the product is very good (slide works better, the trigger group and other contact points all seem much better). I use several products (Corrosion X, Break-free, Tri-flow...) and find this one the least smelling and just as effective. I tried it on some knives to protect, and some tools. Time will tell, but for now, this is my go-to oil. 5Great lubrication, minimum odor, and non-toxicI prefer to use Slip2000 EWL30 over other products because it provides great lubrication, has minimum odor, and it is non-toxic. EWL30 has a thick consistency, which does not run as easily as other products. I've used Hoppe's, MPro 7, Frog Lube (greatly disliked) and Break-Free products, but I have decided Slip2000 works better than the others. I use Slip2000 (regular) CLP for light cleaning and EWL30 for lubrication on all my rifles and handguns. 5Hands Down, My Go-To Lube.Let me preface this comment by saying that I next-to-never leave 5-star reviews. For a number of reasons, many items don't deserve a five-star review if they don't hold up, don't work perfectly, or otherwise aren't as advertised...this product is a rare, true exception.I've used a wide variety of CLPs, wonder lubes, wishful thinking and misplaced trust to keep my guns rust-free and we'll lubed.So far, only two have made the cut for me:Eezox, and Slip 2000. Especially, Slip2k EWL and EWL-30. I continue to use Eezox to protect my barrels, especially on stored firearms. For all else, Slip2k is the best rust & corrosion preventive measure a gun guy (or gal) can take, and a superior lubricant.Use w/o worry, it does what it says it does. 5Best gun and knife lubricant on the planetThe best lubricant I've ever seen. It's perfect for guns and knives. It works magic in how well it lubricates and penetrates. I've never seen a lubricant penetrate like this before. I have all of the slip 2000 gun lubes in all the different viscosities from ewl to their grease. I've found them to be the best gun and knife lubricants on the planet. The ewl30 is my favorite of the group because of its heavier weight. It works extremely well on knives as well. I enjoy trying out different lubricants on my guns and knives but I haven't found anything that works as well as slip2000 products. If you want a thinner lubricant the slip2000 ewl is the thinnest with the plain slip2000 slightly heavier than the ewl. The only negative to the ewl30 is the bottle. The needle tip on the cap completely sheered off on mine. I use a racers edge small bottle with a true needle tip applicator that works perfectly. 5MILSPEC-RATED?MILSPEC-RATED, by the Military - for your Firearm!! I found out by Accident.This means its one of few out there that can withstand the infamous, destructive "SALT-WATER TESTS", as required by the U.S. COAST GUARD.PROTECTION BUILDS WITH USE, ALSO. DONT... repeat: do NOT - use anything else on my AR's!! Or - semi-pistols, for that matter. HEAT THE METAL, THO - FIRST - B4 APPLYING!! CANT WORK IF IT DOESNT GET INTO THE METAL. In the summer, I just clean my weapons outside, in the scorching sun. THAT'LL DO IT EVERY TIME! (Allow to cool - inside - for a WHILE, too, B4 wiping off. COAT ALL THE METAL, too - not jsut the barrel. Will protect Everything) : )) 5This is an excellent CLPAfter purchasing a new SIG and going to their forum, this SLIP2000 EWL30 was very highly recommended by a person who has had extensive SIG education and training. It is not the brand that SIG ships with their new pistols, but it is every bit as effective and considerably less costly.It really DOES clean very effectively and if you use a small piece of soft cotton cloth, a few drops will do most of the gun except the inside of the barrel, for which you still need to use a bore cleaner solution. We have used Frog Lube paste on all of our other guns for years and feel it is the best - but SIGs seem to need "wet oil" on them. The same is true for the Advantage Arms .22 conversion kits that go on larger caliber frames.This is still not a cheap product, but we will continue using it for the things that need actual oil. 5
