    like new except for the stitching /lace we have 2 of these zero gravity chairs on our deck, like new except for the stitching /lace. The purchase was exactly what we needed to save these chairs rather than throwing them out, I did one side at a time so that I could copy the other, back to relaxing in the chairs again without the worry of falling through them. The black lace was not the factory color but looks great on the chairs. 5Very good product, repaired Timber Ridge zero G chair I had a Timber Ridge zero G chair that the lace had broken in the lower section of the chair. This closely matched the blue color and was easy to install. I used the lacing on the opposite side of the chair as a guide to make sure they were symmetrical. It took about 20 minutes to replace one side of the bottom part of the chair. After I laced it, I moved the slack around so it was evenly distributed along the entire length. The metal ends are a big help when double lacing. I was very happy with how it looks and how easy it was to repair the chair. 5Saved my chair(s) This product does exactly what it's supposed to do ... My chair is restored to its' gravity defying best. I need to order a couple more sets as I have several of these chairs from various makes and all need new laces/cords. The seat cords stretch out out before the backrest cords so I haven't done the backs. They just show no signs of stretching yet. It took me maybe twenty minutes to replace the cords and there is the possibility of getting it wrong at one end or the other so you have to pay attention. Good product. 5Better than the original! Really liked these. The ones on my chairs had started to fall apart... after only a year!... and didn't want to have to replace the entire chair. Found these and kind of liked the option of changing the color from white to bright purple to contrast the white of the chair and green of the seat. They did take a while to finish but the worst part was taking off the old ones having to unthread them all. But putting the new ones on was much faster and if you do them one side and cord at a time it is easy to copy the other side and thus get it right. The chairs look great and feel better and tighter than when they were new. I hope they last for longer than a year this time but will definitely buy SGT KNOTS again when I need to. 5A good solution at a reasonable price. This worked just fine on a "Sonoma" brand anti-gravity chair I bought on special some years ago at Kohl's. I needed to double-lace most of the bottom and part of the top, just like the original, otherwise the laces were too long. I have two hints:1) When putting the toggle end through a grommet the second time, note that the toggle has a round side and a flat side. Turn the round side to the grommet, the flat side to the cord already in the hole.2) If you end up with extra lace at the end on the first side you lace, go back and loosen it along its length. Extra on the first side means you have laced it too close to the frame, and on the second side the lace won't be long enough.If you have a number of such chairs to repair, buying the cord in bulk would be more economical; for one to three, this is economical and convenient. Having the laces cut to length simplifies getting the tension about right.Be prepared to take more time than you anticipate--like any other job, you will have figured out how to do it by the time you have finished, too late to do you much good unless you have more than one to do. 5The SGT's Lace Replacement Kit I used two kits to replace the lacing to two Cabala's Zero Gravity Chairs. I have absolutely no complaints about this product. I haven't had it long enough to know about it's durability. I used the existing chairs to copy how they were laced. I had no trouble lacing the chairs. Occasionally I had to re-lace sections, but that was due to operator error. I used a contrasting color to identify that they belonged to us and for a little variety. Unless they fail catastrophically, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others for their intended use. 5 Stars. 5Don't throw out your chair, just replace the laces. Bought a set of these laces to replace laces that had worn out and were falling apart. I was originally going to just throw the chairs out until I found out you can just buy replacement laces. Keep in mind there are no instructions with the package but it's not hard to figure out. Just look at how one of your existing chairs are laced and just do the same. The length was just enough for my chair. The laces seem pretty well made and the ends look like it was well crimped. I think this a good value and can save you a ton of money if the rest of the chair is in pretty good condition such as mine. 5Cheap metal ends, not strong enough to replaced double-laced chairs Shipped and received quickly. Bungees have short, thin, cheap metal copper ends. Replaced double-laced gravity chair with Sgt Knot bungee. Website says Sgt Knot are strong enough to replace double-laced. I found them to NOT hold as strong as the double-lacing. Also, the cheap and short metal ends didn't hold well and two came out of the copper end during install. I burned out the bungee from the previous heavy duty METAL ends that came with chair and crimped onto the Sgt Knot bungee, discarding the copper colored CHEAP ends. Wouldn't purchase again, see pictures. 2Save your chair with these The lacing on my Zero Gravity chair had frayed after 3 years. Rather than throw away the chair and buy a new one, I decided to try these laces. Sgt Knots provides them in a large choice of colors, so you can match or contrast to your chair fabric. The brown woodland camo is perfect with my brown mesh chair. (much nicer than the original off white laces it came with.) Each package of laces includes 2 long laces (for the bottom) and 2 short laces (for the top) allowing for a single lace through the grommets. One package should work for a standard chair. If your chair is wider or rated to hold more weight (like mine) it may have 2 laces through each grommet and you will need to buy two packages of laces. There are no instructions, but I found it easy to follow the old lace pattern.Each lace has a metal end which makes them easy to push through the grommet and the metal tip swivels to hold the lace at the end. Starting at the bottom and lacing upward worked best for me. 5Good product. Great product out of the box. I have two pair of Cabela's zero gravity chairs that the old strings we're snapped from age and use. These replacement strings fit good alittle thicker then original manufactured products. But that's why I went with these ones. I saw others grip around the crimped ends. I had one out 16 give me a trouble but a quick quick fix I got the string back in them and gave it a good crimp. Looking like a great product for my wants and needs 5
