    Easy to strip the locking handleVery soft plastic. Kept slipping sideways on the rail. Easy to strip the locking handle. I had to drill holes and SS screws to get t to a good reliable functioning level. 1Fits a threaded fitting for 3/4" PVCOverall it was what I was looking for. It has lots of little teeth in the locking mechanism for micro-adjustments. The one fault is that the interior bolt was just slightly too short to reach the nylon part of the nylock nut. I remedied that by using some thread locking compound on the bolt's threads.Working great now. 4I put a Shakespeare 3 ft am/fm radio antenna on it and works good..Came as describe on time... Returned product. 2Only use for SMALL antennas!! Locknut backs off ...Only use for SMALL antennas!! Locknut backs off while under way forcing you to dissasemmble and add lock tight. If you have a a large antenna this thing will slip on the grooves. Spend the extra $$ on a stainless mount as this one isn't worth the cost savings 2WorthlessThe end of the tightening bolt is hidden. You can,t tighten it unless you take it off of the rail. I do not want a floppy antenna when I am bouncing around off shore.
