    Just RightI was looking for a wrist strap for my shiny new OM-D. I've been using neck straps for years, with DSLR's and with enthusiast P&S's, but really always hated them. They get in the way and irritate my neck. ;)Having opened my eyes to the world of M 4/3, I decided the neck strap was overkill and went looking for a wrist strap. I wanted something secure and easy to slip my hand into. This really serves both criteria perfectly. It also looks inconspicuous, which was also important to me. Can't beat the price either. 5I bought your Promaster Compact Wrist strap and attached it ...I bought your Promaster Compact Wrist strap and attached it to my new Sony DSC RX100M4 camera. Today, your wrist strap-camera connector thingy disconnected, my camera fell from a height of approximately 4 feet, landed on the bottom left corner, as seen from the back of the camera, and suffered significant damaging to the bottom, front and side surfaces.A camera strap is a thing that should never fail. Ever. But yours did and I'm experiencing a righteous fury because of it. I'm going to lose time dealing with the repair, and I'm certain to lose a chunk of change, but the main thing I've lost, the thing that has to be absolute in the strap business - is trust. 1It was the only option I could find - It's OKIt was the only option I could find - It's OK - Wanted a strap that was made from a different material. 4Five StarsNice wrist strap.
