    Soooo easy to install I've been using a washcloth in my tub drain for a year now because I'd never replaced a tub stopper before and was intimidated by it. This product was very easy and straightforward. It comes with two screws and you just use the ONE that fits your tub. Screw it in and you're done! I will buy this any time my tub stopper breaks. Not sure on durability but it's been installed for a week with no problem. 5Low quality When I tightened in the screw, the entire unit popped apart. I put it back together, but it would still come apart easily. There are two internal screws. The bigger one seemed to be of good quality and should last. The smaller one was so thin that I don t have much confidence in it. All ended well because I was able to use the gasket and large screw from this unit to rebuild my original stopper. 2Worked well! We have used these before on our old tub and they seem to last 2-3 years. Seems that the spring inside "wears" out or rusts and no longer works. This is the 3rd one in about 12 years and I bought from Amazon because the big box stores either didn't have the brushed finish or Charged 2 times the price for brushed finish than they did for chrome finish. Easy to install and works as stated. Would buy again if needed. 4Universal doesn't mean Universal The color and look of this drain stopper is exactly as described. The only issue I have is that of the two screws provided, neither fit in my drain. I had to go to the store to get a proper fitting screw and cut it down to size in order to install the drain stopper. In the end it works as expected. If your drain has a screw hole at 10/32 or smaller, you will run in to the same problem. 4My experience has been good. I previously had ordered several of the toe ... I got the brass color without the hair cutter. I didn't know the latter option existed when I ordered. My experience has been good. I previously had ordered several of the toe tap kind, which were horrible. They leaked and broke, and I needed a change so I bought this Lift and Turn. I think it's great. It was easy to install, it seals well, it's problem free...except for one thing. I cant figure out how to remove the plug so I can get the hair ball out, so it clogs up. The only way I can get to the hair is by using a Drain Weasel, which is like a mini rotorooter, to remove it. If there is a way to get it out without breaking it, please someone let me know! Otherwise, after two months of use, daily, I can recommend this! 4design flaws This item had to be replaced twice. The connection screw kept loosening and then would fall down the drain. The company sent me replacemet screws and told me to use super glue to keep it from falling out. Now 6 months later..the screw is advanced into the unit..and when I tried to remove it, using a screw driver, it split in half. The customer service was very good, but the product has many design flaws. This is too bad as the color is gorgeous, and colored tops are not easy to find. 1Does what it claims I was confused at home depot which size threads I needed to fit the drain. This one comes with the two standard sizes and was very easy to install. We had been using one of those large rubber drain covers for years to give the kids a bath, and they would always jostle it around and have to realign it. Not any more, and this one is easy enough for a 3 year old to operate. 5Cheaply made I passed up the less expensive stoppers so I might have less problems with quality and reliability. Compared against the Danco stopper for half the price, quality is the same. When screwing the brass fitting into the drain shoe, the threads stripped and the spring-loaded stopper exploded from the unit. Refunding and finding a more durable, reliable stopper. 1It is sturdy Had one that came with drain assembly that did not lock . I replaced it with this lift n lock . it is sturdy, the other one flopped over. It stays up even when the tub spout runs water over it. Just what I wanted 5So worth it, replace old leaky stopper now! For the past 3 years I have been putting my fingers under the rubber ring to maneuver it just right to try to get the old one to seal...if I only knew this was so cheap, easy to replace and works so great; I would have purchased it right away. If your stopper is leaking you should replace it now...so worth it. 5
