    This little light of mine! I love this flashlight. I keep buying it for gifts and everyone else loves it too. The only drawbacks--careful how it is stored so the touch light on the end doesn't come on by itself and wear the battery down. Also, being completely metal, it can feel pretty cold when the temp is low! The intensity of the light on a completely dark street is impressive. The beam of light is stong and wide--comforting for a woman walking alone in the dark. Wow. How can you go wrong with a lifetime guarante? Haveing AA batteries also is a plus..nothing fancy or expensive like the lithiums. This is a serious flashlight! Not for children--could be a weapon in the wrong hands! 5As Advertised The product is as advertised. Construction seems solid, of aluminum with what looks to be a durable black finish. A little bulkier and heavier than a mini maglite.The flashlight beam is a nice blend of spot and flood, so you get a concentrated beam that is useful at distance, but with wide angle light that illuminates your surroundings at short range. Switching from high power to low power is not as difficult as some reviewers have made it sound. I will say that switching the light on and off (or switching it from high to low) requires a pretty deliberate press of the tailcap switch, but that is not a bad thing in terms of preventing accidental switching like might happen in a pocket or a tool pouch.Can't speak to durability yet, but the light does everything I need it to for the moment. I hate the fact that it is made in China. Wish Maglite would make a mini maglite with a tail cap switch - I'd pay more for that (if made in USA) than I did for this. Or would pay more for a Pelican that was USA made, for that matter. But this light seems to be well made, and definitely performs. 5nice flashlight I really like the light and it is bright but I was tracking a buck last week and after about 30 min it overheated and shut off. I had a smaller pelican as a backup and I probably should have been using the lower light setting but I was a little confused and thought it broke completely. Works fine, overheats somewhat easily 4Absolutely the best alkaline flashlight I bought one of these flashlights and then turned around and bought 2 more. What an awesome light. Everyone who uses it is impressedUpdate: after years of service and beatings at work the button quit working. Called pelican, got a return number, sent it back and they sent a brand new unit. Awesome product even better service. I've since bought many other lights. Including the coast HP1. I continue to buy the cheap $5 led lights but I really like the pelican the best. Especially the color of the light. I like he HP1 for the size though and carry the HP1 in my pocket daily because it only takes 1 AAA. The pelican is great and you can't beat a lifetime warranty. I bought all my pelican 2360 before the price got jacked up. I paid below $30. At the current prices I would probably go for the HP1 though. 5I love the tailcap switch I have bought this flashlight 7 times in the last 8 years. I love the tailcap switch, which allows for momentary on at half press, and constant on at click. Personally I don't need a light that has 3 brightness levels and 2 strobe patterns. I can strobe it (or use for Morse code) with a momentary press of the switch. I personally run Energizer Lithium AA batteries in the flashlight, but the reason I love this light so much, is that I can use any AA on hand in a pinch.I have bought 7 of these lights over the years because I have completely destroyed 3 (my fault, I admit) and the other 4 have been "borrowed" by friends and family who never returned them. I am again looking to purchase another 2360 for my EDC. The ones that were borrowed and not returned were all at the point of showing significant wear. I have soaked these lights in water, chlorine, acid, and gasoline (all by accident I swear) and they will hold up to almost anything. I say almost because 2 of the 3 died in the clothes washer, the 3rd took a tumble down about 200 feet of cliff before landing in a stream. When I found the light I was surprised to see it worked for a short time before it died completely. 5Bright, Rugged...another excellent Pelican flashlight. Pelican makes excellent flashlights. My 1920 withstood a year overseas in Afghanistan. This one is as bright as advertised, well constructed and gets excellent battery life. It is heavy and probably thicker than necessary...but that's the price for ruggedness. Pelican's customer service, however, is lacking. My switched died on my 1920...they sent me the wrong switch and now want me to ship the whole light back. This process has taken more than a month. Belt clip is removable. Low and high light levels on the switch. 4Excellent light for $35 I bought this light after about 4 hrs of research on lights in this range.I was very surprised how bright this thing is! Im new to the whole LED flashlight thing and sm used to the old mag lights, so it was pretty incredible when I turned it on lol.Seriously, for $35, get it. It is easily a great home light, and good for walking the dog too. What im saying is for your average americans, this light will be MORE than sufficient. I find myself making excuses to get it out or take it with me lol. 5Lifetime Guarantee, 250 LUMENS This light is bright. I own both 2370 and this 2360. The 2370 is in my BOB and the 2360 is for work. I have nothing bad to say about either of these lights, and I would recommend the purchase of either one or both like I did. These Pelican lights are the best of the best, hands down. You will not find better. I need a good light for my work and use one every day and I have gone through many different brands. Either one of these lights will be the last one you will ever buy. 5Durable, bright, and long lasting. Hell of a product The only reason I purchased this product is because I lost my first 2360 after using it daily for three years doing machine maintenance. I stayed with the 2360 because it's the perfect size for your back pocket and after three years of rough, greasy, dropped off of ladders use, it was still as bright and reliable as the day I unboxed it. 5Very bright Bought this as a gift after I received one as a gift. Just a bright as a much more expensive rechargeable flashlight I own. This works great as a light to keep in the glove-box of my car. 5
