    Water tastes great! Less expensive than bottled. My daughter bought me this filter 7 months ago. It was an easy DIY installation in a stainless steel sink. The filtered water has an excellent taste. I charted my usage and didn't reach the 400 gallon filter cartridge limit before the six month mark. I've stopped buying bottled water. The cost savings paid for the filter in less than 2 months. As an added benefit, my recycling tub no longer overflows with plastic bottles. 5One Star filter cartridge came broken in two pieces. 1Great, affordable filter Works great.Note: My shipment omitted the O-ring that was necessary to operate the filter. I had to order and have shipped separately which was a real pain - first flooding under the sink, having to turn the water on and off in the house etc. If it had the O-ring included I would have rated 5 stars. 4Just what we needed, so thanks! The hardware that comes with it to setup the system could work. It is all quarter inch which nothing on the product informs you of this. The hookups are all compression fittings. 2Nice solution - very happy I chose it It really improved the taste of my water, which surprised me, since I had merely installed it for the sake of filtering out potential health hazards. I had been dreading changing the cartridge when the time came, because someone had mentioned that it was hard, but I didn't find anything hard about it. I just carefully followed the few simple instructions. Make sure to use the food safe silicon as directed - I really can't see why anyone would have leak problems if they just follow instructions. 5Good filters eliminate the need to buy bottled water! This is a great little filter. It's inexpensive, filters many elements, is easy to install and it really improves taste. Our town water is pretty good...this filter gets our town water up to the taste of spring fed bottled waters...and a lot cheaper! I've had this one for about a month now. It replaced a previous model that I had for 10 years. The CB3 filters work great. 5
