    It works fine from the inside but does not want to work ... Ever since I got this, which has been a while and I've tried everything to get this to work. But it just does not want to. It works fine from the inside but does not want to work from outside. It locks fine with a key but when you try to open it, that does not work. Seems like something is blocking it in the mechanism. But that defeats the purpose when you cannot get into your own home. I am replacing this with a better quality soon.I would not recommend this. 1Two Stars After 2 weeks the lock is giving trouble when used with the key 2Ok for most, but not for me, in NYC Very weak metal, and bad quality at least for me. While trying to open it after installation, the key broke inside. Its true I put a little force on it, but really, brake on the first try, not cool. To make things worst, I was able to by pass it with a simple screw driver, very easy. 2It works but The quality matches the price. It works but will require some lubrication every other month to keep it that way. (very humid climate) 2To be honest I never installed it. I bought ... To be honest I never installed it. I bought it to replace a previously installed lock on a historical house. The offset turned out to be different and I would've had to make modifications to the door to make it work. I wasn't willing to do that so I returned it. But I did inspect it and it looked adequate for the intended purpose. Not a hi quality piece but sufficient. 3Ok came fast good price kind of cheap on piece was to long it's hard to turn and all most broke the key trying to get it out. 4I promptly returned this item and bought a more sturdy all-metal lock Cheap plastic parts made this lock feel unsafe. After installation, the cylinder just spun when attempting to lock the door. I promptly returned this item and bought a more sturdy all-metal lock. 3Five Stars easy to install 5Good product for the price Reasonably priced locking deadbolt. It was easy to install and once on the door it looked robust. But, internal construction-wise some parts could be a bit sturdier. 4Not for long term use I bought one of these Nu-Set locks because it looked identical to a more expensive brand, but was much cheaper. It worked fine for about 10 months then broke internally so that it would no longer lock. 2
