    Thank Goodness Since the puppy chewed the other one I was thrilled to be able to get another one so quickly and at a reasonable price. It works well and the same as the original. My review is only 4 starts because we had to use the slightly chewed back from the old one because the new one was sticky with something that would not come off. Other than that I would highly recommend the product and the seller. 4Returned it. Didn't work as it specifically stated it would work with my system. Returned it. 1Perfect Just what we needed! After our puppy chewed up the original remote for our sound bar, it was such a pain having to turn on and adjust the volume manually, like how they did in the olden days... Ordered this remote at a great price, popped in batteries (not included) and the remote worked right away! No need for setup or syncing, very easy! You'd never know its a replacement remote, looks and feels exactly like the original. Great buy! 5Five Stars works great! didnt have to set it up or anything, just put batteries in and did its thing 5Nice after market replacement. This is nice for a copy cat version of the original. The buttons are responsive, which was the main issue with my original remote. The lettering on a few buttons if noticeably off center, so if that bothers you beware. I got just about 3 years out of the original remote, so I hope this last at least that long. 5Works great, happy to find a replacement remote!! This exact original old remote of mine stopped working, the buttons for the volume were bad after a few years. I was happy to see Amazon had replacement ones for $10!! My new one works great, the volume works again so I'm very happy I didn't have to get a whole new sound bar!! 5Works great no programming needed Bought to replace the remote that was chewed up by the dog. Works great no programming needed. Just put in the batteries and you are good to go! 5Sticky, gross remotes I ordered my 4th and 5th remotes (my dog seems to like them). These 2 remotes came in plastic bags taped closed. They seemed to be stuck in the bag. When removed, the back of the remote, where the batteries are installed, was very sticky. Tried cleaning it with windex but they are both very sticky to the touch. I can't see using these everyday and will try to return them 1Make sure your remote is broken and doesn't just need resetting Bought this thinking my remote was broken. This arrived and had the same problem. Found out it was the sound bar. It just needed to be reset. Nonetheless, the remote works great, and some kids lost one of them, so having a replacement came in handy. 5This is the second remote I have ordered through you and made the assumption that it would be better than the $7 one It does not control the sound bar.
