    Great chisel, great value! This is the second Narex chisel I've purchased, but not my last. I was originally skeptical that I could get a good quality chisel for these low prices, but nether of these chisels has disappointed. I got this one to chop mortises out of timbers, and it performed beautifully. I got it today and immediately used it to take out a 3" X 7" X 8" deep mortise in record time. It cut well, even through knots, and the chisel is still plenty sharp. I also like the fact that this has a working length of about 6", so it would let me do a 12" deep through mortise working from both sides without the handle interfering. Before I chose the Narex, I looked at a number of other choices, including chisels costing $70-$180. I am sure those are great chisels, but I can get a nice set of Narex chisels for those prices. 5Great tool. My go-to. Great tool. 5Epic tool Great tool. Quality steel. A few scratches on it, unfortunately. Baught it new but it Looks like it was lightly used. 5Great 2 inch chisel Used it to chop 67 feet of dados in 30 inch solid oak cabinet wall panels for shelves. Worked great. Saved a lot of time over using a 1 inch chisel. Much more acceptable result than using a saw. 5BEEG Chisel! Its a big honkin chisel. Like just about any chisel it needs to have the coating taken of (VERY CAREFULLY!), the back polished and the cutting edge properly sharpened. Good basic chisel. 5Five Stars I still love em' all!!!! 5Fine chisel. Low cost. Thought I d have to spend much more for a fine chisel. Honed it clean and precise 5Five Stars Awesome chisel even for the price. Sharpest chisel I've ever unboxed.
