A Good Flashlight This is a nice flashlight - very bright when using AAA batteries. I just got it - first night it works great.I really don't need the strobe or SOS modes, or for that matter the medium and low settings. I would beperfectly happy with a simple ON/OFF. To "get around" the extra modes I quickly click through them to get to where the High mode will be what turns on for my next use.The focus/zoom is quite nice and easy to use with the hand holding the flashlight.If it was longer and only had an on/off (rather than the extra modes) I'd rate it overall 5 stars.I would like it to be longer so I could put it under my arm to hold it so I have both hands free - but that's just life and I can deal with it. 4Good light and zoom This handsome little flashlight will work as a pointer for some projects. Can light far into the night. Good for looking for shinny rocks in the dark. Set zoom completely in and light up a room in your house when the power is out, or wake up your neighbor with its spotlight. Great value with two lights for the price of one. The front lens cover will probably be loose when you get it. I don't know why, I had heard of this before, but seems to tighten up just fine. The zoom feature is nice with a pretty precision slide, but may make flashlight vulnerable to submersing. Flashlight referred to as daily waterproof. Works on telescoping bright light, has the blinding flashing mode on second click, then the third click it has the SOS flashing light. You can see for miles with this light. We use this every morning and evening when taking our dog out and its really a good , reliable and sturdy flashlight. 5Little but strong WOW, this little flashlight can light up the outside! My dogs were barking ferociously at a raccoon a few weeks ago and I turned it on to see where the critter was hiding and it lit up the entire front yard which is about 2 acres. I could see the yard and three sets of eyes staring back at me from about 200 yards away! Powerful light. 5BEST FLASH LIGHT I HAVE EVER OWNED! I use a flashlight to walk my dog every night. This is the BEST flashlight I have ever owned, and I have owned many. After owning this for several months, I have only had to recharge the battery twice. The most powerful setting is fabulous, and the less bright settings are perfect when the brighter light is not needed. The string did come off after using it only two times, but I keep it in my pocket or hand anyway, so I didn't get too disappointed. 5
