    Review - just arrived We'll see how they hold up in the future, but for a day one impression, I'm loving the fit and finish of these gloves. I have a big hand and every standard work glove is a bit too small. With the sizing chart measurements I landed on the XXL... difference from other products... they actually fit perfectly. The design is excellent with the extra contours for the wrist that make the whole package feel like it was meant for you.Eagerly waiting for a chance to use them in a sentence. I'll probably come back a year from now to give star #5. 4Not high dexterity. Good gloves tho They are a pretty good but standard pair of mechanix gloves with decent knuckle protection. I use these to work on my cars. It offers good protection. However, These are not "high dexterity" like the description said. Honestly cannot tell the difference between this and another standard pair of gloves. I can't grip anything easier and you feel more bulky wearing these on your hands. If you want high dexterity, use those black nitrile gloves. I couldn't grip a small screw with these to save my life.Also, word of advice to all, do NOT use this on anything hot. Grabbing any hot items with these will melt the fingertip rubber and it will feel like a thousand suns on your fingertips for several seconds after you let go. Used them for shooting at a range and went to grab the hot barrel and seared my fingers for a moment. Word of advice. Other than that, they are a great glove. Just know what you are buying. Fit/size is standard nothing abnormal. 4Awesome everything glove! Good gloves for truckers, shooters, and just about any other chore or hobby that requires hand protection. Yep, I will also use them for mountainbiking! I trust the brand and they are made with good materials. I lost my last pair and couldn't find a size small at my local Walmart but I am glad that I found it on Amazon. These are not cheap gloves but my hands are worth it! Pros: True to size. Great finger and knuckle protection. Protection in the palm and thumb section is good, (not to thick or thin.) Prime eligible and got it in two days. Cons: Price? How much are your hands worth? Priceless. Need I say more. Buy a pair. You wont regret it. 5First Impressions, just opened them (medium) I ordered these because I work construction and hurt my fingers demoing last week. My knuckle still hurts and I thought the protection on these gloves would help.First impression is I thought the back of the finger impact areas were going to be harder, they are softer rubber type. Nice Padding on back of the hand. All the impact protection on back of wrists seem unnecessary Id rather have more wrist protection underneath. I wish the material would go further up on my wrists, underneath they don't protect much wrist and the wrist straps are useless. Whether the strap is velcroed down or not it doesn't really help tighten the glove around your wrist. The palm has a thick pad towards the bottom of the thumb and then a couple thinner pads in the middle of the hand. The underside of the finger tips seem to be nicely thick. They took away the extra material at second joint on the under part of the fingers so that you can close your hand easier I guess but it seems thin and like I could get cut easiest there. A couple threads ends are out.This is all just a first impression, I will try to update after I use them for a bit. They fit like I expected and look nice.For $30 I hope they hold up for a few months at least if not longer and protect my hands when they hit edges of things. 3They're nice, but dont stand up to medium duty I used these for shooting, and light duty work. They work great in light duty environments. However when I used them as a mechanical work glove, I destroyed the stitching. The first to break on them was the loop that you use to put them on, then the wrist cuff, then the stitching that holds the fingers together. They lasted a whole 8 weeks in my environment. I wouldn't say its heavy industry in the slightest, but it isn't light duty either.That said, they're decent shooting gloves but don't rely on them for much more. 3Fingernail design still poor. Evolution does not affect designers :( These guys did a good thing. The index finger structure is still now that I expected.The cloth SHOULD NOT push with pressure under the index fingernail.Designers should wear these gloves and press trigger 500 times before they pushing them into production. Only in such case they will feel the pain in index finger and redo the design.I should remove some cloth by my own (with scissors) to avoid some painful pressure in under my fingernail. 4glove become finger less within a month good paddings to protect your palm, knuckles, back side of fingers, up to here i can give a five stars,BUT after few week of use, the seem stitches at all the finger all broken, leaving my fingers tips unprotected, just like wearing the fingerless version of this glove, for this part i am going to give zero star,but the rest of the glove still holding up, the company need to come up with something to redesign this glove,i only use this glove when i am changing truck tires and moving some heavy truck parts in my opinion this glove should be better 3Gloves got these gloves for myself and my guys.. i like the fact that they are all black and are tactical in that sense.. i have good gripping strength with them and once broken in you really dont notice them... i also use these to ride my sport bike and have to say they are very comfortable.. i have more expensive gloves that arent nearly as soft as these.. as for working with them.. variety of tasks.. pulling cable.. general abuse.. all kinds of mishaps.. and they offered just enough protection from a serious injury.. thats what gloves do, gotta save that skin.. i will say on the bad part of them the plastic knuckle savers started to rip off. but thats from use/abuse not from just wearing.. hence the four stars.. i have paws( size 5 in mil spec gloves) for hands and ordered the large.. taking a stab at the size.. they fit.. well like a glove.. a bit tight at first but once broken in. felt fine.. i would buy again. i did use them on a colder day to shoot with and they did work just fine kept the cold off my hands so i could concentrate on the targets. thats a big deal. good trigger feel and other controls. i didnt have to poke and hope for looking for a mag release because i couldnt feel it.. 4I've used these for quite awhile now.. I've been using these gloves for quite awhile, and they're perhaps the best set I've ever had. They fit well, not tight, not loose. They stay warm, maybe even too warm, even in the coldest environments. The various features, like finger protection and the wrist strap, serve to spoil the wearer; no other glove will measure up after trying these babies on. Some might consider these overkill for basic tasks, like raking leaves, shoveling snow, or moving equipment, but I'm a buy-it-for-life kind of guy and I'd rather have one durable, highly effective pair than a bunch of cheap pairs that rip, tear, or fail me. 5These gloves are okay. Gloves fit great and comfortable but not that strong. finger tips tore already right above where the heavier padding starts. I did not use these gloves for anything serious just mainly lifting boxes in a warehouse. I am a tad bit disappointed in them. was hoping to get a bit more use out of them. 3
