    Get these just because - plug them in random places in your house - you will appreciate the illumination at night. It's been many months since I got these. They still light up green. Yes, over time, the green does fade a bit. However, in a dark room, even the slightest green illumination is sufficient.These are nice because they are slim and don't protrude from the wall outlet much - maybe 1/2 inch at most.One in a child's bedroom is plenty of illumination for night-time bathroom visits. Two lights is still ok, but kinda bright.These product greenish light in the immediate area. They are not blinding like a normal white-light night light. 5Just bright enough to help you see around the house at night, nothing more. It does it's intended job! After reading reviews on these I was skeptical to say the least. Once the package arrived and I saw the size of the lights I was really surprised at how small they were. These lights barely cover the plug of the outlet they go into! As you can imagine I expected the light output to be non-existent (especially after plugging one in during the day!). I decided to give it a shot anyway and throw a couple in outlets around the house for night use. Here's the shocker.. as worthless as they look, and as non-existent as the light output appears to be, once your eyes are dilated and prepared to accept the limited light of the night, these are simply-put, AMAZING. They make a room have a nice soft glow, just enough that you can see to walk around while preserving your night vision for darker areas. If you prefer a well lit room at night, or a bright level rather than a soft ambient glow, avoid these all-together.If you just want a soft light to avoid stubbing a toe on the sofa in the middle of the night and still be able to see when your dog suddenly decides it just HAS to go out at 3AM, these are your ticket.I wanted to add that I just KNEW these were going to be worthless after plugging them in, even in a dark room during the day. They are USELESS until your eyes are dilated and accepting of low light conditions. (think walking outside during a half moon, you can't see at first, but as your eyes dilate while you're outside you begin to see better). A very pleasant surprise! However, keep this in mind if you intend to combine with brighter "standard" night lights, as those will make it harder to see from these. 4Nice glow for bedrooms These are great to use in a bedroom if you want a little bit of light without it being too bright. They add just enough light so you can see where you're going if you have to get up in the middle of the night, but they aren't bright enough to where you would notice them when trying to fall asleep. 5Great lights, great price These are awesome lights. They're small enough not to block off the other plug on the outlet, bright enough to light up a room in complete darkness, while at the same time being dull enough not to hurt your eyes if you look right at them in total darkness. Great lights, great price. 5Way better than traditional light bulb type night lights. Love the, they are super low profile, don t get hot at all and cast a really pleasant green glow on the floor and in the room. Enough light to make sure you don t step on anything, but not enough to keep you awake if it's in a room. 5Cheap Electroluminescent nite light Remember the old green electroluminescent panels used for night lights ages ago? Soft green glow lighting up your bathroom (or whatever) so you didn't run into things, but didn't really have to wake all the way up? Well, I don't see any way to buy those anymore, but these soft glowing green LED substitutes do essentially the same thing. If you're looking for a soft green glow night light - these work great. Note, if you're looking for a night light like the little 5 watt bulbs, these are no where near as bright... 5Love these LED night lights Basically I guess I'm cheap. I've been needing some nightlights but didn't want to spend the money. I caved and looked around here while getting some other stuff and bough them.They re plenty bright without being intrusive in a dark bedroom at night. The green gives plenty of soft light, and these take up only ONE socket space, which means that I can still use the other outlet.So, for about $2.50 apiece, I ve got light in two bathrooms, a bedroom and a hallway. Not bad. If I need more I ll be buying these. 5Cool little things Nice cheap night lights, all 4 of ours worked out of the box without any issues. We placed on in the bathroom and 2 in a hallway area so we could navigate with the lights off around our apartment. they put off enough light to illuminate the toilet and a few feet around the outlet in the hallway. Great buy for the price. I have read a few reviews that some come DOA or die within a few days. Ours have been plugged in for around a month now with zero issues. The bathroom one gets unplugged during the day for a wall scent thing and hasn't had any issues being unplugged repeatedly.They aren't overly bright but give off a nice amount of light when its dark in a room. 4These are shockingly bright compared to the old ones (in a good way). I have 1 nightlight that I've just had forever and it's a very faint glow and I was hoping these lights would be like that...but they aren't.These lights are actually pretty bright - they work in a kids room as a night light alternative but as an adult, there's no way I want this light in my room - it's way too bright.I equate the brightness of these lights to say, a pc power button that is on or the printer button on your desktop printer - bright enough to be annoying when you are trying to sleep.If a bright light doesn't bother you, these might work but I had to move them downstairs where each one easily lights an entire room. 2
