Excellent earpiece and best I've used so far!! 5Great for Loaner Units to Contracted EmployeeWe use tons of these a year at work. They work great for handing out to contractors who do not take care of our equipment and tend to lose them. They are cheap and work well. They are more comfortable than similar styles of headsets. If you are looking for something for infrequent use, or do not mind replacing each year, this is the perfect match.We struggle with our equipment walking off when our contractors leave, so buying expensive gear is not always the best option. For the price, I keep several backups on hand in case any break. I would say we have about 20% failure rates over 100 days worth of use. I have no issues with that, and have purchased these now multiple years in a row. Sound is clear, both transmitting and receiving. Our biggest malfunction is usually due to people getting the mic wet when it is raining outside. A little moisture does not seem to effect these, but when they get soaked they tend to fail.I will keep buying these for our loaner units. I do opt for a little nicer ones for our permanent employees who are more responsible. Sound volume is the biggest difference between these and the higher end units. 5Worked as expected.
