    Decora matching (color, style) keystone insert. These look very good and the color matches my Decora switches and outlets. I bought cheap ones from Monoprice but those are off in the white color. So for the two that are up high where they are seen (and right next to a switch) I bought a couple of these to be used. The reason for the 3 hole was to wire the 2 phone lines to the top (line 1) the middle (line 1 & 2) and the bottom (line 2). My phone is now through the internet but is still wired throughout my house. I actually don't have a line two any longer. But if I were to have one, well I'm all set in the two prime locations. By the way, the Monoprice keystones do fit these. If you buy the 4 or 6 way (side by side holes) be very careful and selective about your keystones as a lot do NOT work side by side (unless you are willing to file them down). 5Very Useful I recently discovered the quickport system and started to rewire my house. This is very easy to use and the possibilities are endless. 5Decent Product *** NOT A PAID REVIEW ***Bottom Line: Nice Product for DIYThis is a review of several products in one (Arlington Recessed Outlet Wall Plate Kit ($13), Leviton QuickPort Decora Insert ($5), Leviton QuickPort Cat 5e Jack ($3), Leviton QuickPort F-Type Adapter ($5), Leviton 15 Amp, 125 V Duplex Receptacle ($7), and RiteAV Coax/Cat6 Wall Plate ($14)) to save some time while still providing feedback for anyone interested in buying these items. I purchased these items to customize my home entertainment center (basically hide unsightly cords/tripping hazards). I liked the recessed option so that I keep the tv as close to the wall as possible without damaging the cords. The other items in the list (as previously noted) fit nicely into the box but were not necessarily specifically needed. The items arrived within 2-3 days of purchase as expected for prime members. All items were prepackaged and new/unopened. As you can see in the pictures, everything fit nicely together and looked clean once installed and in use. My only gripe would be the price for plastic components but I would still recommend it and would do it again.Cons:- expensive for plastic componentsPros:- fits nicely- easy install- makes for clean setup 4Too tight for CAT6 side-by-side If you intend on putting RJ45 keystone jacks (Like these: [UL Listed] Cable Matters 10-Pack Cat6 RJ45 Punch-Down Keystone Jack in Blue) side-by-side, they will not fit on this narrow plate. You can still put coax or HDMI jacks next to the RJ45, but that wasn't what I needed. You would be better off using multiple 2 or 3-port plates if you have the space on your wall.I ended up using this: Monoprice 106733 Wall Plate for Keystone 6 Hole, White (2 Pack) because of the better horizontal spacing. 3exactly what i was looking for I have some multi-gang low/high voltage boxes that I was using keystones with. This was perfect. It let me install 2 keystones into the low voltage gang and use the bigger size decora plates. One contains a coax keystone and cat5e keystone. They fit together well. The other contains a Cat5e keystone and single rca jack keystone. They all fit. It did come with the screws needed. Looks great with the regular decora plates. 5Caution Not all quick port connectors fit. I purchased Cable Matters Keystone Jacks to use with a Levton four jack QuickPort Decoa Insert because one reviewer said all jacks will fit. This person is wrong at least partially. They do snap in but will not fit side by side. You can only put two in. I also tried putting in a Coax connection next to the Lan connection and it did not fit either. 3Leviton, You Disappoint Me For the First Time First Impressions: Looks like the right product for my use. Came in a plastic baggie with screws in a separate smaller bag (see pics). Upon opening, immediately, I noticed that the top right area had a deep scuff/scratch. I investigated further and pound that it could not have been the enclosed screws as they are bagged separately. I deal in Quality Control so immediately, it was apparent to me that this left the factory this way. Absolutely disappointed in the visual aesthetic of this product, especially considering it is black, on a countertop, and highly visible.Leviton should be synonymous with quality for the prices they charge. I have ALWAYS bought Leviton products for my ethernet wiring and electrical needs and have had great experiences in the past. The product I received is cosmetically apalling, so that was minus 2 stars.I deducted another star for design and lack of attention to detail. The rounded rectangle holes (see pics) are not big enough for the enclosed screws to fit thru. My application required this insert to be anchored through 2 screws at the rounded rectangle which was NOT THE RIGHT SIZE for the enclosed screws. 2Perfect for multi gang boxes, 4 port too cramped for Monoprice I had originally planned on installing my in-wall media connections using Monoprice's keystone wall plates, but when I opted to use these recessed multi gang boxes I had to revise.In the 4 port plate, the holes are too close together for the Monoprice keystone plugs to fit side by side without some modification. I tried to illustrate the spacing issue in the pictures. The recessed rca keystone plugs I used have some extra plastic structure that I cut away. I was worried about reduced stability when installed after the plastic was removed, but I've had no issues with loose or wiggly ports.In the 2 port plate, the Monoprice brand keystone plugs snap in easily and securely. After repeated tests of plugging in and removing cables, I had no issues with the ports coming loose or falling out. 5Worked just right in my generic decora panel from Lowe's ... Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the Cable Matters Cat6 keystone jacks I got from Newegg were too wide.PRO TIP: You do not need to spend $10 each on the Leviton 61110-RW6 eXtreme 6+ QuickPort Connector, CAT 6, White that officially goes with this insert! I ordered a five-pack of UTP CAT6 Keystone Coupler,VCE RJ45 Female to Female Insert Coupler, UTP CAT6 Keystone inline Coupler -White for just $11. Granted, with those I also had to terminate the cables with RJ45 jacks, but I had plenty of those lying around, and even if I didn't the total cost still would have been a lot less than $40 to populate this insert. 5Nice Quality. Won't Work With Multiple Large Keystones The quality is nice. Keystones snap in tightly and even when full with 6 keystones, flex isn't excessive once mounted in the box. Just be advised that large keystones might not fit top-to-bottom or side-by-side. For example, multiple Cable Matters Cat6 RJ45 Punch-Down Keystone Jacks do not fit without modification. To make them fit, one has to trim off the little two plastic nubs on top and grind down the side to about half its existing thickness. I used a Dremel tool with a little sanding drum. 4
