    Like the product - Be prepared to be surprised what you Find I purchased these to go with a UV flashlight to better determine where my new puppy had accidents.I was amazed how my carpet looked without the UV, with UV, and with UV plus these glasses. I knew there were some accidents, but surprised what I found. The same carpet looked clean and soiled. With these glasses, the stains were so much more obvious. Also, I learned that my dog was leaving small dribbles under the bed.Pro: Made it so much easier to locate stains, PriceCon: not the most comfortable glasses and a bit tight 4very poor quality control These are completely crooked, the lenses are different sizes! One edge is much higher than the other, very poor quality control, way overpriced for what they are, and very uncomfortable to boot. I'm using them to be Rex for Halloween, so the crookedness the glasses kind of adds to the whackyness of the costume which is why I give them two stars. Unfortunately they can't be used for real eye protection. 2Glasses I received do block most UV I purchased a powerful (3W) UV lamp module that will fit several 3.7 to 7.8 volt tactical flashlights. This lamp is about 12X more powerful than a typical 9 LED UV flashlight that is powered by 3 AAA cells. Such powerful lights are not toys or a gadgets; and eye protection should definitely be used when using them. These glasses blocked all UV from a 9 LED UV flashlight and nearly all, if not all, from the 3W UV lamp module. Without having more sophisticated test equipment than I have at hand, it is not possible to accurately measure their UV blocking ability (percent at various wavelengths) when subjected to the full power of the 3W UV module beam, because these lamp modules also emit a large amount of visible purple (violet) light that has a total visible spectrum from about 405 to 650 nm, in addition to emitting heavily in UV wavelengths that cause fluorescent materials to fluoresce. 5Arrived Broken Just opened the package these arrived in and immediately got the feeling that these had been a return item from someone else. They were in an open plastic bag that should have been sealed. \When I took the glasses out, one of the lenses immediately fell to the floor as it wasn't even connected to the glasses. These are a waste of your money! Mine will be returned for a refund. 1Great Addition to UV Flashlight I purchased these UV Protecting Adjustable Safety Glasses Yellow Tint,7821 to accompany an "Ledwholesalers Gallium Indium Nitride 365 Nm Uv LED Ultra Violet" flashlight. As the flashlight projects UV light beyond the visible spectrum, I wanted to avoid damaging my vision if I unintentionally reflected the UV beam at my eyes.The glasses fit comfortably -- though they don't fit well over my existing prescription glasses (in retrospect, I should have looked further for UV protecting glasses or goggle that would work well with prescription eyewear). After one night tracking down dog urine spots in my home, these glasses did not interfere with the hunt and may well have helped flourescing images stand out. 5High quality - great for use with black/uv lights! I had read reviews stating that these glasses didn't do anything when used in conjunction with a black/uv light, but nothing could further from the truth. There are time of the day (due to lighting conditions) that the black/uv lights work better without the yellow glasses, but there are times that they definitely work better with glasses. These glasses in particular are high quality and I definitely recommend them. 5Now THEY are a fine pair of safety glasses Maybe if they had come in their own box they would not have arrived slightly bent, sitting askew on the bridge of my nose. Being all plastic, I couldn't adjust the arms. In fact, I didn't find anything adjustable about these glasses. Not worth the hassle of returning for such a cheap product. I had also ordered a Dewalt pair of safety glasses which DID come in their own box. Now THEY are a fine pair of safety glasses! 1Not comfortable, they push on my head behind my ears ... Not comfortable, they push on my head behind my ears with a lot of force. I have this problem with a lot of safety glasses. Not trying to advertise another product over this one, but the 3M Tek are the only safety glasses I've found that I don't have this issue with. If you don't have this problem, they should work for you. 2Great value! These glasses do exactly what they are supposed to do.I bought them to protect my eyes while using a high powered UV light. I was a little worried when I opened the box because the packaging and attached label say nothing about UV protection. There is a simple test you can do to tell if it's really blocking UV rays though. Basically, you put the glasses on your UV light instead of on your eyes. Taking them in and out of the beam clearly demonstrated that it was blocking the UV light coming from my UV flashlight. (You need to test this using something like a urine stain to look at while testing.)Anyway, the price and the performance of these glasses are great. Oh, and one of the reviewers said they were small. I have a huge head (I can never find hats that fit my head) and these fit just fine. The sides are a firm flexible rubber that would fit many head sizes. 5They work very good in combination with LED-Urine-finder-Black-Light. Since I couldn't find this kind of safety-glasses anywhere in my hometown, so I had to order them here. I am very pleased with this purchase. They do make a big difference. I can tell they work, because my eyes won't hurt anymore, checking all over the carpet for puppy-pee-accidents with my LED-Black light. I am not really a fan of the yellow-tint but it's I got used to it. The urine is still clearly visible. The glasses are a snug fit. That's why I gave it only 4 stars. If you are a person with a big head, you might want to re-consider those glasses. I have a medium-sized-head. 4
