    Compact and tidy Installed it myself with no issues, and have been using it for 2 weeks. I have an old (not older--old) house with hot and cold pipes spaced 6-1/4" apart on centers. And the sink is on the small side, 17-1/2" x 31". This unit is a perfect fit, in that it is rather small and compact itself, with the valve inlets 6-1/4" on center, and the spout has a throw of 6-5/8" (total distance from finished wall to end of spout = 11"). Aesthetically, I would call it neat, tidy, and styled for an older house (the cross handles, for example). If I had a full-size sink, and pipes spaced at 8" (the modern standard), I would prefer the Peerless, which is a stately and beautiful design and a steal at the price. But this is the one I installed, because it fits the sink better. Functionally, it is solid. 5Solid choice for a wall mount When it comes to faucets for wall mounted sinks, the options are limited. This one fit the bill for me. Installation is not as straight forward as some fixtures. This requires 3/4" male threaded fittings for each hot and cold. Plumb them coming out of the wall above or into the sink. Then detach the angled ends and screw on with Teflon tape-tightening just enough to line up with the rest of the faucet. Because of the design, the spacing does not have to be spot on and why it can fit variable widths.The faucet has a nice solid, hefty feel. Solid metal, no chrome plastic on this. Time will tell if it stands up to the wear and tear but for now it performs very well. 5Great quality! Perfect faucet for my 1938 cast iron sink. Very good quality. No problems (though it has only been in use for a month). 4Kingston kitchen faucet KS214M Purchased faucet in 2006 and have had no problems with (nice looking) faucet. Last weekend a small pin hole in appeared suddenly in the "Elbow" connection that the faucet attaches to! It was such a small hole I did not notice it at first and replaced the washer instead... Not sure what causes this to happen, guess it's just bad metal casting. Called the Mfg. and once I found my sales receipt (from 2006) then they said I will get free replacement parts (Not sure if that includes shipping/handling). Would rather not even have to deal with this issue at all.After contacting the Kingston Rep. for this they said the 10 year warranty is good and they sent me replacement parts at no charge. Of course they made me research my purchase receipt (from 8 yrs ago), take photo of broken part (you could not even see small leak in photo) and submit for approval. Almost 2 weeks later I received the new parts so I can now reinstall the kitchen faucet. 4Good quality, tricky installation The material quality of this faucet is fine. Nice shiny chrome and all. The downside is that it is difficult to mount to the wall. The z-shaped pieces that connect the faucet to the hot/cold intakes are non-adjustable, making it difficult to get the faucet level and maintain a good seal. You basically have to overtighten to get it lined up right. This was a problem in my installation, as the piping was old; overtightening stripped the threading on the cold water intake, which had to be replaced (in all fairness, it probably should've been done anyway). Anyway, the faucet works great, and have had no problems with it after installation was completed a few months ago. 3Great product, beautiful on sink! I Ordered this faucet for a 1930's wash sink in the house I'm remodeling. It looks lovely! High quality material, heavy faucet! The connections are slightly adjustable so it adapted well to the holes from the previous worn out faucet! I highly recommend!! Also great customer service. I ordered a different one first, realized the faucet length was too long, they let me return the item and order a different one. ! 5
