    • When used with air-loc gasket (Alg6, sold separately), Stops the movement of air, in or out, reducing heating and cooling costs
    • Can be used with trims that support these lamp bases: A19, BR30, BR40, PAR16, PAR20, PAR30, PAR30L, PAR38, R20. See spec sheet for complete list of compatible trims
    • Wet location approved only when used with trims # 28 and 29 and with outdoor rated lamps (light bulbs)

    Five Stars Worked great, Wud buy again 5Perfect Fit for Older ReplacementExactly what was ordered. This was important because I was replacing/repairing an identical one and did not want to tear out ceiling to get to the repair. I merely removed the "can" from the holder and replaced the old "can" with the new one after hooking up wires and all was well.54" remodel kitMaybe I need to read the fine print more thoroughly. However, it was very disappointing to find out when it arrived that the 4" model does not come with the air-tight features or rating. Additionally, there is no option to have it come with a screw in housing. I do not want to install a light fixture that is limited to plug in model lights only. I can convert from a screw to plug in feature but not vice-versa. With this model I am further limited to only 3 different 4RLD trim/lights offered by Juno ($35), without options of eyeball/open/lens/etc.Undecided whether to install and modify for air-tightness or go for a different brand.3Great can lights, but missing partsThe lights would have received 5 stars, but knocking 1 down due to missing junction box cover plates. Now that is more of a reflection on the manufacturer (Juno), Amazon, or their shipping departments. Worked with Amazon CS and they gave me a discount for the missing parts, so all is good.4Great airtight remodel can... worth the wait.Great airtight remodel can. We have good attic access, so we wired these in the attic, but they are super easy to install and connect to power. The legs snapped firmly into place. Seals were included - as well as some foil tape to cover any small holes around the leg supports. We had to install a HALO airtight can as well. The Juno cans were much easier to install because the legs snapped into place perfectly every time.5Just What I Needed: A Juno Lighting New Construction IC23-LEDT24 6 Recessed Housing ReviewI recently ordered a Juno Lighting 6-inch Juno AI LED speaker smart light and could not install it in any of my recessed light housings. My old housings are all made for incandescent use and an adapter wasn t provided with my new light. Considering the age of my housings, I decided to upgrade and replace the housing in the selected location.The Juno Lighting Group new construction IC23-LEDT24 IC 6 120V recessed housing, made in China, looks like any modern new construction recessed housing, except there is a connector wire instead of a bulb socket. Plus, the wires in the junction box includes quick connectors. Since I had plenty of space in the attic, I cut power to the old housing and simply replaced it with this new one. As far as electrical DIY jobs go, this is an easy task.If you re concerned about the 1-year limited warranty, be certain to use a Juno branded trim kit. Using trim kits from other brands voids the warranty.The Juno Lighting Group new construction IC23-LEDT24 IC 6 120V recessed housing is just what I needed for my new speaker light. If you need a new construction recessed housing for the appropriate Juno trim kit, this is a good product. PROS:Reduces/eliminates air leakageDirect Insulation contact1-year limited warranty CONS:Must use Juno trim to maintain the warranty4Great housing for the Juno 6" LED retrofit kit Great product for retrofitting existing recessed lighting to new LED lighting. 54 remodel cans are NOT air-sealedIt appears that Juno has degraded the remodel can some time in the last couple years. Older reviews describe the product received as having Air-Loc features, including gasket. The ones I received are nice, sturdy 4 IC-rated cans, but they are definitely not air-sealed. There s no gasket, and all the can penetrations are open.I ll have to research whether this is Amazon s doing (they are still described as an Air-Loc product), or Juno s. Not sure if I ll try to air-seal them myself or just return them if I can find an appropriate alternative.Pretty disappointed by the inconvenience of the product not being as described.3Super EasyVery easy to install. I used Milwaukee 49-56-0310 hole saw and the cans fit perfectly into the hole. The tension clips hold the cans well against the drywall. The hardest part of the install was making sure of the alignment of each can to each other and to the ceiling.5Had no problems and they all work great.I installed 6 of these Juno IC20W can lights. Had no problems and they all work great.5The brand to buyBuy this Juno instead of the Halo brand. This one has clips that are a breeze to push into place, whereas the Halo's clips are difficult at best to install. The Juno has three clips to the Halo's four, but this doesn't seem to make any functional difference. I recommend using a hole saw to get a clean cut, and be certain that there are no obstructions in the attic above your cut.5Five StarsShipped in excellent condition, installed with relative ease, works fine. I would buy again, I would recommend.5Good for a remodel. Worked great! Just need to make sure there are no joists in the way. 5
