All worked great.Im glad I bought this five pack as I only needed four for the install, yet needed to use one of the connectors from the extra one to replace a defective connector on another brands connectors that I bought for the wall portion of the install.These seem fine and installed easily. I have no lingering worries about this install like I do about the other brand I used for the walls.5Good Product Nice product, just wish the person who cut the holes would have created a better size hold. These work just as they are suppose to. 5Very useful product I have used about 10 of these brackets and they make the process of adding wired receptacles easier to the drywall. I cut a cardboard template the size of the opening, mark the drywall, cut, and insert the bracket. The bracket has wings that as you turn the screw tighten down on the drywall. The result is a secure mounting. The bracket has holes that match the wall plate perfectly. These things are very useful! 4Horrible Design Flaw!The trim plate does not sit tight against the drywall. There is a huge gap! I can't possibly be the one person having this problem. I'm using low voltage remodel rings that have a small flange. I was able to modify the LV rings to recess the wall plates closer to the drywall. After installing the prototype, the wall plate still sits off the drywall a bit until I punch the small screws down into the drywall a little by smacking the screwdriver with the palm of my hand. So I guess that's the solution. Now I get to spend my Saturday modifying LV rings with a utility knife. If I was a contractor I would be livid.1works like a arrived on time. works like a charm 5Good quality jacks and wall platesI used iMBAPrice (5 Pack) Premium 2 Connector Banana Wall Plate(s) in conjunction with a Fosmon [3-Gang 7.1 Surround Distribution] Home Theater Wall Plate and Mediabridge banana plugs and Mediabridge 12 gauge speaker wire to connect my home theater speakers when remodeling my den. Good quality jacks and the wall plate is of good quality (flexible, and they didn't have any "extra" plastic in the screw holes or around the edges that would otherwise need to be trimmed off by the purchaser).5Very Impressed I ran some cat5 wire for wired internet. I didn't need a full box behind the wall, but wanted to attach a face plate so that the connection looked finished. This bracket really impressed me. I cut the hole in the drywall using the outside of the bracket as a guide. The bracket slips into the hole with the posts turned inwards. Then I simply tightened the posts into the backside of the drywall. I was greatly impressed how tightly it held. This company also sells double sided cat5 plugs which can be inserted into a cat5 wall cover for an even better finished look. 5Great brackets Had no problem mounting on double layer drywall, and they take a beating well from a hammer. They are pliable but sturdy! 5Misleading title, only one wall plate.This is not a two pack, but a single plate that has two connectors, a positive and negative. Since all but the most crazy elaborate speakers have two (others have four), I thought that went without saying.Based on the price of the 5-pack and that most other brands the default is a 2-pack, or price per two plates is similar to this one, I assumed I was buying two wall plates.1Five Stars Very nice product! These terminals are too short two have 2 banana plugs inserted end to end.In my installation, I have tightened down the thread onto the wire inside the wall, and then used banana plugs for each speaker lead.5Very good QualityOnly thing I wish was different was I wish they had been deeper so you could use banana plugs all they way in on both sides. Be careful not to push the ones on the inside out when installing the outside ones. If no sound out of the speakers that's probably what you did.4Works with brush covers Worked perfect and easy to install. Just don't over tighten they crack easy. 5Perfect wall plates for speaker cable.If you need speaker wall plates, look no further. Exactly as expected and very high quality and should last indefinitely. I have these in my dedicated home theater and they function great and look great.5Can receive bare wire, too!Apart from receiving banana plugs, these can also receive bare wire. You can unscrew the connectors a bit and reveal holes on the side to insert your speaker wires. This is especially useful for me as my speakers have built in 24 gauge wires. Yeah. I know. I just couldn't take them apart so I can solder proper wiring to the terminals themselves so this will have to do. That's why these are such a godsend.5Five Stars Much better then installing an electrical box for low voltage cables or wires!! 5Great ProductGreat product. Easy to install.
