    Handy for furniture shopping trips! We just purchased our house a year ago and I found myself needing this little tape measure to take around with me when furniture shopping. It works great just for that and it's also handy just for every woman to have her own set of tools... because we all know how long it can take a man to find what we're looking for when we need it, definitely have your own set of basic tools lol. It's great and great price. I have used it a lot from furniture to curtains. Thankyou! 5What a waste When arrived the lock mechanism didn't work so I exchanged for the same thing. Second one arrived and the lock mechanism apparently worked too good because after measuring something 6 feet , it wouldn't retract.Obviously they're not made well. Disappointed. 1It broke after the first use! It broke after the first use. It won't retract at all, the measuring tape is stuck out. 1Mine, all mine. Gone are the days of having to hunt to find MY measuring tape. When I put packages together to ship out, I often need to measure the boxes. My husband was contastantly reclaiming "his" measuring tapes from my packaging area. This ended that. I always know where MY measuring tape is. He's one of those manly men that wouldn't be caught dead using a PINK measuring tape -- well, mabye under duress, if it were and extreme measuing emergency. It extends and retracts, it's smooth, no catches or bumps. It works perfectly. I don't much care for the rubber strap, but hey, there are too many pros to let that one con get in the way. Overall it works fine, it does the job and it is definitely MINE. 5Pink addition is great. Trying to make my husband leave my tool alone. He already has his own but steals mine and claims he hasn t. Now I ll catch him pink-handed. 5Pink cute, doesn t work Reason I gave it 2 stars was because the pink color is cute . However after I used it for the 3rd time, it would not retract back in. 2Good to have around Great for referencing sizes for when I'm ordering items online and seeing if they'll work for the intended space. It's also pink so no one will steal it off my desk or get it confused with their stuff. 5Pink Tape Measure Love it. I was tired of my tape measure always missing. Because it is pink the guys leave it alone and I always have it within reach. Thank you. 5Dirty & damaged when it arrived. I searched for a uniquely colored tape measure because mine keep disappearing from the drawer where I keep my tools and reappearing in my husband or son s tool boxes. I was unable to find teal or purple so I settled on pink, knowing they would not be able to deny it was mine. I was rather proud of myself until the tape measure arrived. The face of the tape measure was scuffed, as if it had already been used, the rubber surrounding the unit was flaking in a manner consistent with an old, poorly manufactured steering wheel, and there were smudges of dirt near the locking mechanism that holds the tape in place. The tape measure functions properly and the locking mechanism works well, or I would have given it 1 star. I did not realize this company did not accept returns or I would not have made a purchase from them. I realize it s a tool, that it was relatively inexpensive, and that I m going to use it, but it should have arrived in new condition so I could be the one to scuff and tear it up. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality of this tape measure, as well as the hammer I purchase from IIT. I will shop elsewhere for tools from now on. 3Great tape for the ladies My daughter in law carries one in her purse - she loves it. And since it's pink she doesn't have to worry about the boys absconding with it. 5
