- 590KN9 chips are dual-channel low-impedance analog switch with a control circuit (single-pole switch) and are intended for analogue or digital signals with an amplitude of 15 V in multi-channel data acquisition and data processing. Compatible with TTL circuits. In the open state conduct current in both directions, in the closed position blocking the signal with an amplitude of 15 V. Each key has its own control circuit. Contain 62 integral element.
