    Very pleased with this light, and customer service at House of Troy.I originally purchased the LED version of this light, but the transformer/plug didn't fit into the recessed outlet on my wall. No problems with this light. It has a standard plug. The light is very well made and looks great, as it should for this price.One of the bracket thumb screws was missing from the box, so I contacted House of Troy directly. They couldn't have been more pleasant on the phone. I received a complete new set of brackets by mail within the week. 5Run in the other directionWe purchased two of these lights for paintings in our living room. When they were installed we could not believe how badly they lit the artworks. The only lit the top 1/6 of the paintings - actually mostly the wall immediately above the art, even when we trained them down as instructed. There were 5 small bulbs, in the size we bought, and rather then give an overall even lighting, they showed 5 separate spots of light. The light quality itself was unpleasant and it strained your eyes to look at the paintings. When we bought them the dealer said that they were non-returnable. Now we understand why. They must have had so many returns that they had to make that policy. Rather then give them away and inflict them on someone else, we threw them out in spite of the rather expensive price. We understood that The House of Troy has been in business for a long time and has a good reputation, so we were quite shocked. 1PerfectAwesome Art Light! Very Happy 5High Quality Light:) 5Great Looking ProductWhile this item is "pricey"........it works well and looks great. We looked many different places for alternatives, but settled on this item through Amazon. In fact, we purchased a similar (smaller) unit a few weeks later for another wall hanging.
