Cheap but worth it For what it is, it works. Feels A little cheap in hand but looks good. The switching to hand held or shower head is not designed well. On the neck there is a dial to go from 1:JUST shower head 2: Head and hand held. You have to turn the knob to head and hand held to use the hand held on off switch but when its in that position with the hand held turned on the shower head still poors out a good amount of water "cheap designed or built" but it works and if you play with it to figure out how it works best its worth the price you pay to get this one. 3So versatile and a great performer! I LOVE this showhead! It produces a nice large pattern of spray, and has enough other settings to satisfy almost anyone. I also like the message jet spray, feels great on any aching spots on your back or neck. It's easy to change spray settings. I like having the lever to switch from shower head to hand-held or both, or shut both off temporarily, but it's a stretch for me to reach it. Would be fine for a taller person, or a lower shower arm. I do not have great water pressure but this produces plenty of pressure as long as you use one or the other (not both at the same time). I did not remove the flow regulator from the main shower head either. I did remove it from the hand-held ... was easy by just screwing a screw part way into it and pulling straight out. As the directions say, your shower arm needs to have enough thread to push tightly against the washer ... or it will leak. First try, mine did, so I had to eliminate using the collar there. Where the hand-held hose connects to the bracket, the threads were kind of rough, hard to screw all the way in, so that leaked until I used a pliers to get beyond the rough spot and tighten it all the way. After that ... all is GREAT! Although mostly plastic, it appears well-made. And, unlike some other hand-held hoses I read about, this hose hangs nice and close to the shower wall. 5Amazing quality for a fraction of the cost I purchased this for my home after my current shower head broke after being dropped a million times. It was super easy to install. I am not a handy lady but was able to install it while waiting for my 12 year old son was getting ready for football practice. I was a tad bit skeptica that the pressure wold be weak being that it has two heads. I was amazed that it did not affect the pressure as much. I mean it was a super mild difference you have to be paying close attention to see the difference. I LOVE that I can turn off whichever one I want and use the other. Best of all it helps me save time being that I can use both as the same time. The quality is very nice and very sturdy being that we are known for dropping the handheld shower heads! 5Changes the way a couple showers I've used a few of these duel shower heads and they are great for when you don't normally shower alone. Two people can shower without one person sitting around waiting to wash the soap out of their eyes. You will need decent water pressure in your home as this will force the water to be divided into two streams. I found that the pause button doesn't work on mine, but I don't really need it, so it's not a deal breaker, there is a knob that can switch between the main head, the hand held head, or both, so a pause button is not a big deal. It has several settings, but I think most people will stick to the one or two they prefer. It comes with everything needed to install and takes only a few minutes. I didn't need any tools, just my hands, and you can remove the limiter(a little metal piece where the hose attaches, to increase water pressure. Over all, I'm very happy with the item. 5Nice in General, but... The shower works well and has good variable water flow pattern. The "On"/Off" or "Flow/Pause" switch on the hand held shower head is not really "On/Off". The "Pause" position slows the water flow, but does not completely shut it off. The Flow/Pause switch is reason I purchased the shower head. Before this purchase I used to use a separate shower head that worked like a kitchen sink water spray nozzle which shut off completely. I thought the HotelSpa would provide a simpler more elegant solution. I did not return the item because I think it works well enough. I would definitely give it a 5 star review if the Flow/Pause switch worked as advertised. 3Makes Shower Time Enjoyable Bought this 8 months ago and this has worked out well for the two of us. The water flow options are great and provide for a long range of different streams. It's best to keep in mind when using both heads at the same time that this is essentially splitting the pressure in two so it will not be as strong as using a single shower head, but makes up for the pressure loss in the amount and range of water coming out of the heads. It's good to know this if you have a water pressure issue already.Overall, no issues with the product everything works correctly has made shower time more "fun". Would recommend to anyone in a relationship or anyone looking to upgrade their current shower experience. 5Remove The Restrictor !! I was very un-satisfied with the water flow from both the shower head and the wand. I was ready to send it back.The water pressure is 60-70 psi at my house, so low water pressure was not the problem.Examination of the unit showed that there is a restrictor (not a screen) inside that blocks the flow.After removing the restrictor, the shower head and the wand work beautifully. 5Lasted 1 week? Was really impressed with this kit when it arrived. It came with everything you'd need, even down to the white plumber's tape. It even says not to use any tools beyond your hands when tightening. I got everything installed inside of 15 minutes.Now I had read all the reviews where this thing leaked but decided to take a chance. Well, after 1 week of use, water started to squirt out of the left side from the switch that controls which shower head the water flows through. Keep in mind that this is not where the unit connects directly to the shower pipe. That connection stayed dry, so did the joints between the head and the handheld unit.I only used the flow switch on the left a few times the first day to figure out the flow. After that, the whole unit sat idle other than water passing through. Guess I should be happy this thing failed within my return window. 1LOVE LOVE this shower head I love this! I did not want to get out of the shower when I first used it!! I love using the larger shower head. Hits all parts of my body and it's wonderful for washing hair. It has a lot of power. BUT, using both heads at the same time will diminish the water power (obviously). Having options for the shower head is wonderful. I also love having a hand held one. Customer service was wonderful. My shower head came with a missing washer, but I just called customer service and they sent out an extra set of washers for me. I'm definitely going to be bringing this with me when I move. LOL. 5Great features, great price, follow the instructions and all is well Happy with purchase. Both the handheld unit and the fixed head deliver strong massage-jet performance and have a "mist" setting I haven't seen before in a shower. Works at least as well as the WaterPik shower massagers I usually get. And it's nice to have the shutoff switch on the hand unit, as I have always hated wasting water while I soap up or whatever. .Mounting is easy IF you follow the instructions. I needed an additional washer, which I snagged from my previous showerhead to get everything to seal up properly, but the instructions described the possible need for an additional washer, so it was still easy.Minor thing: it feels lighter than the units I'm used to, probably used more plastic than metal, but doesn't seem to affect unit performance at all.I'd have never found this in, say, Home Depot or Target but I think I got a better offering than either of those would have had. 5
