Looks nice, but feels cheap The shower heads, both top and removable work very well. The unit itself was simple to install. All necessary directions are included if you don't already know how to install a shower head. The washers, plumbers tape are also included which is nice.Functionally, the shower head works well, and does what it says it will. Visually it looks nice! When you pick it up, or move it, that's when you notice that it's really lightweight, and almost a plastic material that's got a chrome like finish to it. Anyone that touches it would know it's material is pretty cheap. 3Nice shower head, great customer service I purchased this shower head after researching online and reading reviews on Amazon.My fixtures are brushed nickel and even though reviews said the color was not quite brushed nickel I figured I would give it a try. The color isn't quite brushed nickel, it'a little shinier but not too off that it bothers me that much. Installation was a little more difficult than previous shower heads. It's not just a simple screw it on your shower arm type installation. There were a lot of parts and washers, etc. Took about 10-15 minutes after a few minor adjustments it worked great. Good flow, although the shower wand could be hard to reach for someone who is short depending on height of shower head pipe.Update- After a few days I had an issue with the shower wand disconnecting from the hose. Also the pause button on the shower wand wasn't working properly. Couldn't get it back together without it leaking. I contacted seller and was impressed by their quick response and assistance. Ireceived new shower wand (free of charge) within a few days and so far it is working nicely. Very impressed with customer service! 4Great shower head! What a great shower head, a great addition to all of the showers in my house. I have two kids and this is seriously the best thing that ever happened to bath time.The *only* downside I have noticed is that when you switch from the faucet or base shower head to the shower head extension, the water is much hotter. I always have to be sure to turn the water down before switching to the shower head extension otherwise it is way too hot for my kids. This happens on both of our showers so I can't be sure if it's our house or if it's the shower head though. 5A fantastic combination of function and design A fantastic combination of function and design. I was extremely pleased with the ease of essembly, installation, operation, and the price point. I love the fact that I now have dual shower heads with one being completely manuverable to accomodate varying bathing needs of the family. The hand held shower allows you to sit down if need be or position the hand held shower at lower position for younger or smaller individuals while leaving the main one in place. It also allows for two person bathing. The many water speeds, streams, and spa pressure options is unbelievable for under $50.00 dollars! I was also impressed that is has a metal hose because usually with the rubber ones, it has to heat up a bit to move around with any pliability and can lie awkwardly when placed back in bracket. This one holds its shape and can move around easily.A side note: the brushed nickel is more toward brushed stainless steel. It has a lighter and brighter under tone in the finish of the metal but it will blend in beautifully however.This is a great product!!!! 5Nice shower head set. For the money, this is a nice shower head set. I like the various settings and I couldn't find anything similar at retail stores. It is plastic, but the hose is metal. the hos is also not too long so it doesn't hit the floor if dropped. The satin nickel look matches well with the other fixtures in our bathroom too. I removed the water restriction from it since our water pressure isn't the best anyway. 5brushed nickel? Not so much, but other than that so far so good! The good:1. Wife LOVES it2. Extremely easy to install!! Even for me!3. Water pressure seems really strong! I even kept the regulator as is.4. Did I mention the wife LOVES it?The bad:1. What really bothers me is the finish! I paid extra for this model because it was listed as brushed nickel, I didn't get if for the extra settings. That said it's pretty shinny and doesn't really go with the rest of my bathroom brushed nickel! If you look at the post the pictures are much more "Brushed" than the actual product!!!2. Everything is light weight plastic; I knew this coming in due to the reviews and it's all true very light weight I just hope the holder doesn't stretch out over time or break. Only time will tell but the reviews seems to say it does.3. Many people have gotten discounts for their reviews and I wasn't offered one which kind of stinks!I haven't used it yet because I just installed it but so far so good, other than the color of the finish, and most importantly the wife, who's a tough cookie, so far loves it! Time will tell if this was a good/great buy but so far so good and I will update this in a few weeks after many uses! 4Perfect shower head, I love it! Wow, I love this shower head. We purchased it because of the on/off button. We care for my husband's mother and father, and the pause button works great for showering them. But, as a regular shower head, it is wonderful! I removed the flow restrictor before we ever installed it, so I don't know what kind of pressure it would give with it in. With it out, it is perfect. Nice pressure, great adjustments, and a fantastic price. I bought this from the Amazon Warehouse, so I got a few bucks off, and I would happily have paid full price for it. It doesn't feel cheap at all. The hose that came with it has a nice, sturdy, heavy feel and it looks very nice as well. I am so happy with this purchase! 5It fits my needs for function and ease So I just got the new shower heads and it seems to be a solidly stable fixture. Installation was easy. When I turned water on there was no visble leakage from either fixtures. I was a tad disappointed in the size of the removable shower head and wasnt thrilled with the settings, however I replaced my old hand held with the new and I am happy now. I did lose the pause function but that wasn't important to me. I have had sugeries on my back, neck and shoulder as well as dogs who love dirt and mud. I need a functional shower and now I have one. So I can't give a 5 bc of having to replace the hand held with my old one but I can give a solid 4. 4Spitting out water after 45 days...furious If I could give 0 stars I would. The main component of the shower head (the bottom portion) cracked while trying to move the shower head. Now water spits out of the side making this unusable. This happened exactly 45 days after I purchased and this product only has a 30 day return which makes me furious. Don't let what happen to me happen to you. 1Don't Buy It Inferior quality. Joints leak (with and without using teflon thread tape) and the diverter valve only allows a small trickle of water to come out to the stationary showerhead. Water to the handheld showerhead on the hose comes out as it should. This is not "operator error" I grew up in the plumbing business. In addition, the Brushed Nickel finish is not Brushed Nickel, it is more of a Brushed Stainless Steel finish which is much brighter.This is all too bad. It is very nice looking and priced well. 1
