    A nice alternative to the incandescent type which are too yellow ...A nice alternative to the incandescent type which are too yellow and the wattage is about 1/3 lower than regular wattage. The incandescent also tend to burn out and shipping them is likely to damage them so they burn out sooner. Surprised these have no ratings so I figured I would get on it for all of you researching these bulbs. The 40 watt are closer to regular wattage and look nice but you cannot look directly at them so you kind of get the filament look but not quite. The light is white not yellow and they do look nice. They do use less electricity and last but they are not quite as quaint but the light is better than the weird satanic glow of the yellow ones!4Great lightsGreat product it's exactly what I needed.4Love it! So I contacted the HERO-LED and they told me they will send me a new one. I am waiting on that. Hopefully I will get it soon to complete my light system in my pretty bathroom.
