    Great product, great price. I'd buy again. Bought two because of the great price. Both worked perfectly. I have to make a lot of calls at work, so I wanted something to keep me from getting a still neck. These are far more comfortable than cradling the handset in the crook of my neck. Decided to buy this myself, as my company pays much more for headsets for our ip phones. Mic is very clear. Headphone is strong and clear. I really have no complaints. If you need a headset, get this one. Others can be very expensive by comparison. I was pleasantly surprised. 5When I received the product, there is a slip ... When I received the product, there is a slip of paper inside stating the version of the phone it works with. I only remember one of them as 79xx series. Which I later found one of the phones I'm using to fit the spec. Tested with the phone and it works perfectly. Now I no longer have to hold the handset while talking on phone. Audio is also loud and clear. 5Get this headset! This headset works perfectly! It took literally 2 second to hook up and was ready to go! Its comfortable, and the mic adjustment is unbelievable. It bends into any position you need it to. Caller clarity is great. And callers are able to hear me without any static or other auditory issues. I highly recommend, if compatible with you phone. 5Works well with the Cisco 8841 I bought this because my company just switched VoIPs, and the chances of them providing me the precise headset that matched the brand-new Cisco 8841 phone they sent me were exactly between slim and none.That being said, I based my purchase upon the reviews, and I am not the least bit disappointed. The only problems I've experienced have been user error (mashing the wrong button to answer). I hear the callers beautifully, and they hear me. No static at all. 4Good value for money. Very good product for the price. My colleagues liked it too, so they ordered the same unit.Pros: Small and comfortable, good audio quality. Has features like volume and mute.Cons: Average build quality, Should have labels for mute and volume buttons. 5Cheap & Easy! Just like how I prefer my... ...headset headphones to be.Sound quality is good, it's lightweight, and people hear me just fine with no issues. Perfect for those mandatory phone meetings & phone-based training that drone on and on and (dear lord will it ever end?) on. The earpiece can get warm after the fourth hour, but that's probably because the brain matter that leaks out of your ear is pretty warm itself. Some people might be thrown off by having only one earpiece, as most are used to having two, but you adjust quickly and it leaves one ear conveniently open so you can shove an ice pick through your head the next time someone asks a stupid question that was already answered, like, 5 minutes ago. I didn't give it 5 stars, only because I kinda equate this thing to a minor torture device my company likes to use on me. But believe me, it was MUCH worse without the headset. Now excuse me, my last phone meeting has put me behind schedule generating my TPS reports. 4Headset worked well with Cisco IP Phone 7962 Headset worked well with Cisco IP Phone 7962. It worked well right from the start. Just plug headset to the back of phone, and it worked great. The volume and the mute button worked. The sound quality is very good. And I've ask others if they can hear me well, they said the sound was good. Only flaw was that the mute button did not have a label for the on and off position. 5Plug and ready I didn't need anything extra to immediately start using this - Just plugged it into the back of my CISCO 7962 phone, and ready to use. Sound quality is perfect. It's also comfortable to wear. It would be nice if the cord was just a bit longer, but it's definitely adequate. I just moved my phone a bit, and it'll work. Very good product, especially considering the price! I originally bought a more expensive headset that looked more comfortable to wear, but when it was delivered I discovered I needed to purchase an adapter to get it to work with my phone :( - I sent that one back. 5Nice simple headset This headset is made for Cisco phones, but also come with an adapter that works with my Polycom phone. The headset produces consistent audible and crisp sound. The head frame is very basic. It works but is not comfortable. The same goes with the headset. But you get what you pay for.Overall I'm satisfied with this product. This was a test purchase for me. Since I use this for work I would want a more comfortable headset. The wires lying around do not bother me.This headset is designed for talking not music. 3Excellent value for the price Works well on my company's Cisco 7942 IP phone. People I talk to report that I sound nice and clear. This allows me to continue typing while on conference calls with clients and coworkers. If I was a receptionist or telemarketer, and on the phone all day, I might want something more. For my purposes, using it 15 minutes to an hour a day, it's a great choice. This headset meets all my expectations and is a great deal for the price, compared to "name brands' that cost 4x as much. 5
