    Works as shouldWe have had great success with this lifter. We've used other lifters, but this by far is the best. We did have one of these lifters that just quit after about a year. Called up customer service, described the issue. They had all our purchase history at hand. Before you know it, they shipped out a replacement the next day with a return box and label. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. 5WORKS GREATWorks great. Did not realize I had to have this to make the headset work smoothly. I was shown as a suggestion only via Amazon. As soon as I got it though and installed the headset worked even better that it did...Headsets.com called to find out if everything was working well and to double check the mic volume and setting. Gave a few suggestions to make these products work even better...so all good...and love the tootsie rolls....at least my kids and hubby do. 5Good added featureThe lifter attaches to the phone and when I press a button on my headset, it simply lifts my phone up to answer the call... it's as simple as that! Definitely a necessary feature if you purchase the wireless headset.Also noteworthy is the amazing customer service we have received from Headsets.com. He walked me through the steps to set up the head set and lifter, and made it a very easy process! I just cannot say enough good things about the awesome headset, lifter, and customer service we have received at Headsets.com! 5So Awesome and I had no idea that this existed!!At first I only ordered the headset and I did not think I would need this additional item. After reading a little more about it, I decided to purchase it and see if it was worth all the hype.... It is!! I absolutely love it because it allows me to make multiple calls while not being glued to my computer. I can walk around and hang up directly from my headset by adding this device. Now that I have it, I will never work without it. 5Solid operationLifter does exactly what it is supposed to do. Has 3 different height options. The 1st height option is slightly to low for my handset so I have it set to the 2nd height. I get my alert in my ear piece perfectly when a call comes in. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is I feel the lifter drops the headset a little on the heavy/quick side. I actually have been worrying that some customers may think I'm slamming the phone on them when I hangup. I will be putting a felt piece or something on the cup for the earpiece to help dampen the slamming effect. But it works great! 4Essential accessory to your Leitner headset.This is a must have addition to your Leitner headset. I purchased 2 to go with the LH270s I bought for my team. It is very easy to hook up, and works perfectly. It allows you to be away from your desk and answer/end calls. Even sitting at your desk it allows you to answer hands-free and without fumbling around with the handset. They're customer service is awesome as well. They contacted us to make sure everything was working correctly and helped us get everything dialed in as well. I highly recommend Leitner and headsets.com in general! 5Great Quality and amazing customer serviceI purchased the Leitner Headset lifter to work along side my new Headset and love how easy it is to use!The Customer service was absolutely one of the best I have worked with and ensured with 100% certainty that it worked properly and functioned correctly with my headset. The quality of both the headset and lifter are top-notch (former Plantronic user) and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free, easy set-up with great customer service. 5Good lifterWhen I ordered the headset LH275 I neglected to order the lifter. While the lifter worked well, my phone kept falling off the lifter and the lifter kept detaching from the phone base. I ordered some really good tape to hold it on. So far, so good. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating. 4Five second installation!I wondered what kind of contraption this was going to be and whether it would actually work. The company rep emailed me a link to a photo of how it fits on the phone, and with that simple photo, it literally took me about 5 seconds to set it up. It works like a charm. With the comfort of the headset and the convenience of the lifter, I can wander around the office or go to the kitchen for a mid-morning tea, and not even think about missing a call. The two items work efficiently together to allow my mobility. If you don't want to be tied to your desk, I highly recommend these two products together. 5Nice and Reliable!I used a Plantronics lift (and headset) for years before switching recently. This thing works so much more nicely. Before I would have to pull the phone off the lift after a few seconds because it would randomly hang itself up... pretty big issue in a business environment.No such issue with this Leitner lift. It has a simple job to do, lift the phone when I tell it to. Hang up the phone when I tell it to. This seems to be doing that job very well. 5
