    Never had a chance to install Ordered six of these and all six arrived damaged in separate boxes. Each of them was slightly crushed in the shape of an oval with one almost football shaped. Amazon was great and quickly arranged for a return. 2Not great, but did the job for me As others have mentioned, the clips on these can be a challenge to install. The best tip I found is to use a long handled screwdriver with a blade that fits into the slot in the clips (under the gasket). Insert the screwdriver into the slot in the clip and leverage the clip into place. Then slide it up to lock. That helped a lot.The electrical connections are the convenient push in type. That's a time-saving touch.The quality of the fixture is not great. They bend out of shape easily. The cover over the electrical connections pops off too easily. Could be a safety concern. The gaskets that help make the fixture airtight are often attached well off of their intended locations. It's not clear that the fixture as built is as airtight as it is designed to be.The instructions are not great for the DIYer. 2do not buy halo cant give a zero stars this is by far the worst product I have ever been associated with . obviously the 3 year old who designed the clips never had to install one in a house. the clips are the stupidest things I have ever seen. do not buy this product stay away for all halo products they are junk. 1and a good made very well... and a good price 5Solid...clips work with right technique Generally a solid product. The clips are a bit challenging but easy once you figure out the trick. Push them with your finger out most of the way and then use a long screwdriver and tap them against the wall and then shift them up to the lock position. Once I figured that and all the rest were easy. Seems to apply to all halo remodel housings as I used the same technique on the 4 inch model. 4
