    Good price for the build quality Excellent price for the quality of the build, which isn't bad. Spend your money on the bulb and trim; this box won't be seen.All of these cheap Chinese boxes will have plenty of hanging options and easy connect fittings. I recommend an IC box (if you have the depth/room) even if your placing the insulation above/elsewhere; it's cheap insurance to keep any errant combustibles off any heat from the bulb.Given that the hole for the bulb extends almost to the top of the box any depth of LED bulb will fit. 5May be damaged One was damaged, I had to do some metal work to get the hangars to work. Otherwise theyet my expectations 3Excellent fixture. These are the only way to install ... Excellent fixture. These are the only way to install 3" in insulated spaces. Halo build quality has always been excellent. I put 2 of these in a new shower and 2 in a bathroom with the square shower and regular trim, and they look excellent. The LED bulbs i put in them are more a spotlight beam, but work very well in the space.Less one star for shipping. All the fixtures in my shipment had bent arms and mounting plates, because they are packaged separately - wrapped in bubble wrap. When you buy a box of these from a supplier, they cost more, but don't get damaged at all.Also, while installing, double check that the wires to the light are pushed in the provided connectors all the way. 4big box. small lamp. the box is large for a 3-inch downlight - half again larger than some 4-inch downlights sitting on my DinRm floor. not sure if the 4-inch are Halo. but both are IC rated. 5Four Stars A bit bulky to work with but performed just fine. 4Five Stars Great 5
