Yeah so it turns out that airport security frowns on these Great little tool from what I could tell but I didn't own it for long. Forgot to remove it from my wallet at the airport so they confiscated it, I assume the one of the fine men or women of the TSA is now carrying it in thier wallet. Kinda like the sisterhood of the traveling pants... except they stole it and I dont actually know the plot of that movie. 4Awesome! I got this for myself and I love it. Its very slim and fits well in the wallet without much bulge. It has 10 different tool/functions which will satisfy pretty much any need (more so than a pocket knife). I didnt like carrying around a pocket knife in my pocket anyways (I hate having stuff in my pockets).Its so concealed, I forgot it was in my wallet when I went through the TSA checkpoint at the airport. They did catch it and ripped it from me. I am not too worried bc it wasnt that expensive. I will probably get another one 5Nifty Gift I bought this for husband as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. It appears to be a pretty nifty gift and matches the sellers discription. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase. However, I have given this product 4 stars because.... Right after purchasing the item I saw the exact thing at Target for $2 bucks cheaper. Also, I can not comment on the durability as Christmas has not yet arrived so my husband has not used the item. 4I can imagine the blade easily working its way through the sheath in short order I bought this as a gift for my brother who is frequently on the road traveling. While the steel appears to be a decent quality, the sheath for the tool is very flimsy. It actually arrived partially ripped. Given the saw blade is very sharp, I can imagine the blade easily working its way through the sheath in short order. Not the kind of quality I would gift to anyone. I carry it now in my purse in a stainless steel business card holder. Bro is just getting a birthday card this year since it's too late to order something else and have it arrive on time. Disappointed. 2Very Awesome and Instantly Useful! I bought 2 of these multi tool cards, they were so cool, and came in handy less than 5 minutes after they were opened on Christmas. I bought one for my brother in law, and one for my Grandfather who has everything. They both loved the cards, they are solid metal, and not at all flimsy, and can probably take a beating. They are sent in a faux leather card holder as shown, and the tool is actually a bit smaller than a debit card. The only thing that we all found a bit odd with this product was the lanyard hole. Why would anyone put a metal card with edges that are blades on a lanyard to hang around your neck? 5Good idea just not practical like they advertise There is a razor sharp edge that is seriously poorly placed, can cut you and or your wallet. It is sort of impractical as my boyfriend and I joke it takes 8 minutes just to get the damn thing out of your wallet or its case. Other than the bottle opener we haven't used it for much. Wallet emergency and everyday use.You won't be able to cut a tree down with this, but it has very handy uses.The stainless steel make is VERY strong. I can't bend it with my hands.Bottle opener is self-explanatory, and works well.The saw teeth on the side are VERY sharp, so handle with care.Not had the chance to use the hex bit options.Can opener works ok, but most likely best used for survival situations (not for daily use).Blade edge is sharp, but not razor sharp.My four stars are for the directional compass. It does not come with a needle to use. You have to cut a needle to size (which you could get about 3 cuts out of a normal needle, I found). Yet even so, it's very hard to keep track of the needles, unless you tape them to the card. Also, I could not get the water to stay in the circle to try it out. So unless you are very proficient with this type of directional aid, it's not the reason why I bought it.Overall, would give it as a gift to a friend.FYI - Not TSA compliant (if the saw blade didn't already give it away! :) ) 4The ad header is worded to make it sound like there are two tools The ad header is worded to make it sound like there are two tools. They were OK, but after I ordered it, I found another company on Amazon that sold sets of three (exactly the same multi tool that came in silver, black and red assortment) for half the price of packages of two sold by Guardsman. So I bought more of the 3-packs and was very happy with that purchase. I saw other offers with even more pieces, but the red and black were worth the price to me. 3
