    3 Way stopped working in two weeks. $7 shot.What a disappointment. These bulbs stopped working as 3 way within 2 weeks. Now, they just work on one setting but who knows how long that will last. Seven bucks shot.......I realize that even back in the day, that 3 ways burned out earlier than one way....but this is ridiculous. I should have paid more attention to all the negative reviews but I was in such a hurry to get replacements for two bulbs that have been working for years. Granted, I don't use those lamps a lot...BUT...that is all the more reason why they should have a longer life. Update........emailed vendor. They issued a refund.1Best 3-Way BulbsExactly what we needed and couldn't find local for some reason. We have two 3-way lamps in our house so this pack was perfect for what we needed. I was nervous to buy bulbs online but they were wrapped well and in perfect condition when they showed up. I love the brightness and levels of light of each step of the bulbs and I like that they don't get hot even when left on for a long time. Our new favorite light bulbs at a great price! A surprisingly perfect Amazon find for us.5Love these bulbs , super happy and will re-order when I need to.I have several lights in my home that have a three-way switch, and it s getting harder to find bulbs in a store. (Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg). So far every bulb has worked as promised, and I am very happy with my purchase. Melinda5NOT REVEAL BULBS.These are not reveal bulbs. I will try to take a side-by-side picture of an actual reveal bulb and one of these. Definitely not as advertised.2Lower wattage may burn out too quicklyThe lamp I use these in is relatively new, and worked well with another brand of 3-way light bulbs. On a whim I tried using the GE reveal and within one week the lower-wattage (50w) burned out. This lamp is only used a couple of hours a day and in the evening. Went back to the original bulbs and voila -- been several weeks and no problems at all.1OkayBought new furniture and lamps. Was very careful to make sure ordered correct bulbs.These arrived, only needed 3, was 4 pack, thought, great, have a back up.I use one lamp more than the other two, and within the first 2 to 3 hours, heard a hissing sound, scared me, and unplugged the lamp, removed the bulb, and thought, okay, a defective one, can live with this, have another.Put it in, plugged in and within 2 to 3 days went to 2 way, then 1 way. It is working, but has only one setting left.Not sure about the others. Use one other lamp in evenings, no issues with that one, still a 3 way.So not sure if the lamp, which is new, or the bulbs.For the price they are fine and easily replaceable.3Fake bulbs advertised as genuine!These are not genuine GE Reveal bulbs. A strange backstory... I used to deal in collectable Nike shoes where fakes and knockoffs were common. These bulbs have all the classic signs of relabled junk bulbs. Someone is trying to rip off the consumer. The giveaways are the base is of the bulb is completely different from ny old reveals. The light cast by these is a different hue. The cardboard is a dead giveaway, that was my first tipoff. This is what will usually identify fake Nikes, Raybans, and other products. It has a feel that is much thinner and more flimsy, almost like wet cardboard does. I am familiar with these specific bulbs from using them in the past. Couple that with all the reviwers complaining about short bulb life... GE didn't cheapen them. Someone is making fakes.1Only able to use a couple of times and had to replaceThey fizzled and blinked and scared the bejeebers out of me from the first time I used them. The lowest wattage burned out almost immediately. I did not use them right away. I stored them in the cupboard for at least 6 month so I would have them when needed, or I would have returned them immediately. Highly recommend LED bulbs. No issues whatsoever! Better light.1Became 2-way bulbs in less than two months!!I am very disappointed in these light bulbs. In less than 2 months, both of these 3-way bulbs have become 2-way bulbs. They burnt out one of the 3 settings within a week of each other - so apparently that is just how long they last. They are being used in very different lamps, so it is not an issue with the lamp but with the bulb. They work fine other than that, but I am very upset that they have burnt out one of the settings already so quickly and will not be ordering these again.24/6 didn't work, or were broken. Are you sure these aren't some scam knock-off from China?Of the 6-bulbs, 1 was in 100-pieces, 1 didn't work at all, and the really bizarre part was that 2 didn't function as 3-way bulbs but 1-way bulbs, so 4 out 6 were a misrepresentation, There was NO wrapping to protect these light bulbs, which is stupid if you are shipping light bulbs.Now, all that stated, there are no other natural light 3-way bulbs on the market, so I'll have to buy them again.1
