    Very disappointedOrdered two of these for Christmas displays and was surprised how low the light level was. I ordered two more for additional light and to make sure the color matched existing bulbs but would not buy these again. Within two weeks the coating was chipping off the glass and we've been having an unusually mild season so I can't blame the weather. Definitely will not purchase again.2Just a blue light?I'm studying light therapy and tried this on a swollen ankle. I damaged the anterior ligament from too much exercise. Well, ligaments don't heal fast because they are not vascular. My ankle had swelled up to the point I had trouble walking and the pain was terrible. I shone this blue light on my ankle for an hour (keep it at least two feet away from skin to prevent burning). The swelling and pain reduced by half! I shone it on my ankle the next day for an hour and the pain and swelling were completely gone! Amazing! I then used a green light on the ankle as directed by my light therapy book. The ankle was back to normal and I have not had a bit of trouble with it since.5
