    Very happy TSA officerWorks very well for my needs at work. Doesn't fall out of ear. Very comfortable sometimes I forget its around my ear. It doesn't got into my ear so I can hear well. Happy TSA officer. 5Works, but needs a longer high quality cordWhile this headset works as required, and I have not had any of the sound quality issues others have had, I don't believe this item will last as long as the one I purchased previously.The cord on this headset is very slim in diameter compared to other similarly priced models, meaning they probably skimped for the cheaper quality cord; plus the cord is not very long. If you need the headset to reach from shoulder to shoulder, it will be a stretched. I will probably have to purchase a small extension so that it doesn't always need to be stretched.Also to note, other models come with a free collar clip at the same price point. 3Good Earpiece, Better than the Expensive StuffI'd give this a 4.5 stars if I could, but I can't, so I'll round down.I've been using this earpiece for a month or two and it's working great. I bought this to replace my wire set with the clear tubing and molded earpiece that I've been using for about the last 16 years in law enforcement. I got tired of the moisture building up in the tube all the time, and I couldn't hear through the old wire set unless I turned my radio up at least 3/4 of the way. With this earpiece I have no tubing to worry about and the amplifier is obviously of higher quality because now I can't turn it over 1/4 of a turn or its too loud. Massive improvement.The only negative criticism I have is in regards to a feint amount of white noise in the background when receiving a transmission. However, it's very slight and still better sound quality than my previous wire set. I don't know how durable it's going to be over the next year, but it's totally worth buying one every year at this price! 4Quality of product design doesn't match the priceNot at all what I expected for the price. The first order came in a damaged box with no was to attach the plates to the duty belt. There were also no instructions. After some time researching on line I was able to determine that I was missing some velcro pieces. I was issued a replacement by Amazon, but I have to say that the product is not at all what I expected overall. The velcro pieces are easily moved by duty gear and friction of wearing the duty belt and thus lose their efficacy. I have since defaulted to black zip ties in the damaged velcro's place to hold the plates on to my duty belt, which works pretty well, but after spending $99 I would have expected a better design. 2do a little researchI think this piece is fine but I wish I'd put more thought into the length of the cord as it is just a little too short for my needs. I removed the clip because there simply isn't a good spot for it, due to my issue with the length. That doesn't mean you won't like it but be sure about that one thing.As for the fit, I'm not thrilled but that too could be an issue with the length. I find that I'm consistently fiddling with it to keep it in place. 3Great quality and awesome sound. But needs more durable earpiece.Im not one who likes things stuck in my ears. This one sits outside and not pushed inside. The sound is awesome. Ive been suggesting it to the guys at work too. Not to mention it is a heck of lot better than those clear tube ear pieces. Continous wire.Update....Still liking the earpiece. Only complaunt is the plastic piece that goes around the ear is falling apart and the inside wire is rubbing on the back of the ear. I also found out that 4 other coworkers bought the same ear piece and need replacements. I told them where they could get one for a reasonable price! You may have a lot more orders coming soon! This earpiece is worth it. 5Where has this been for the past 18years of my LEO careerWorks well and its not in your ear all day like many other brands. It s sits just on the outside of your inner ear and doesn t cause any disconfert. If you are patrolling the streets in your city all day like me, then you will wonder why you didn t buy this sooner. 5Great little earpiece.Nice little earpiece. Working in a jail can be rough on your hearing. This earpiece is loud and not uncomfortable like many others I ve tried over the years. I like the fact that it rests just outside the ear canal and not plugged into your ear for all the sweat and yuk that gets on it. Hearing your radio is paramount on the job. Remember you can t respond to a code if you don t hear it!! I would highly recommend this to anyone! 5
