Good product at 1/3 the price of similar units in our local stores. It's not perfect, but close enough. The TV wall mount came as advertised and thanks to Prime I had in on my doorstep in 2 days. This is a beefy (and heavy) mount. I'm sure it weighs more than the 32" Samsung that it is now holding up. I had no problems mounting it to the wall... after I found the wall stud, OK so my 21 year old stud finder was DOA and I was too lazy to drive down the hill to the hardware store to buy a new one; anyway, the extra holes can be puttied over. The included 3/16" x 3" lag bolts are overkill for my TV, or all TVs this mount is rated for. I can't review the Sheetrock anchor system that is included because I screwed into a stud, or the mount extenders as my little Sammy fit the 4 holes in the base plate so didn't need to add the wings. The only "bad" thing I ran into was the mounting screws that attach the TV to the mounting plate. The included screws were too short to also use the spacers, but were about 1/8" too long to screw directly into the TV. I really don't blame anyone for this and was prepared to drive to the HW store to buy the correct screws, but found that a couple of thick washers on each screw worked so I saved myself a drive. The mount folds nicely and is very stable in all positions. One thing I did that helped me, but I'm really not sure if it was worth the extra time was to unbolt the wall base from the arm so I didn't have to hold the whole thing in place while I bolted it to the wall. 5Hope you have common sense Well, after 2 1/2 hours, and almost a divorce, we finally got this up... The directions are COMPLETE BS and useless none the less... No words, only tiny pictures.... Once it's up it really is a nice mount.. I'm very impressed with the durability and strength of it... But installation was a pain in the A$$.. Good luck! 4The instructions made me laugh... So based on others reviews, I was expecting some horribly complicated mount that was going to take me hours. First thing I did when it arrived was read the directions, or at least try. I've got to wonder if the person who wrote these was drunk..Anyways, it was easy to install, and it took less time to install the mount than to attempt to read the directions...but if you know what you are doing, it's like any other mount. I had it done in about 30 minutes. The mount itself is great! Very sturdy and easy to move around. 5Great universal mount. I bought two of these mounts for two 32inch Vizio TVs I use as computer monitors in my office and I couldn't be happier. Now there is more space on my desk plus I can position the monitors how I please, without any hassle. The price was great as well (the price of similar mounts is around 3 times more expensive at the big box retailers) and they are very sturdy and could hold a much larger TV. They were very easy to instal but I would recommend having a friend help and make sure you have a level, a marker and a stud finder as well also, having a drill and an electric screwdriver will make things much easier for you. They instructions are poor, but it wasn't too hard to figure out. I now have every TV in my home mounted to a wall. This mount should work for any brand of led TV up to 46 inches. I think plasmas are heavier so check the weight capacity of the mount and the weight of your TV before ordering. 5Great TV wall mount. Well built. Great & inexpensive TV wall mount. It's sturdy and pretty heavy. I bought one three months ago for a 43' Sharp, and it still holds tight. So I bought another two, and installed them for my nephew. It's very easy to install. To be honest, you don't even need to read the manual, since all you need to do is to drill 3 holes on your wall, where the stud is, with 5/32 drill. If yours is brick wall, you will need to use the included masonry anchors (you will need to use a different size drill, if I remember it correctly), otherwise just drill holes and screw screws in. You will need a wrench too, I forgot which size it is, but the included wrench will not fit the stud screws. Before installing, make sure that you remove the bracket, and install it on your TV first, that will save you a lot of frustration. Be sure to check which side goes up, and which side goes down as well. 5Nice product! This is a pretty good product and great for the price. I read many reviewers complaining about the instructions, tools and mounting hardware but I didn't use any of these. The most important thing is to insure it is mounted level! It looks like the kits now come with a level so use it!If you do not need the extra brackets to mount the TV they can be used to mount a sound bar if you are savvy.I mounted a sound bar, a DirecTV wireless receiver, a surge protector and hid all the wires on mine using zip ties and small wood screws... 5Very strong and well made Like the level and extra USB cord that comes with it. Great price for a well made product. Worked just fine on my 44 inch TV and it has extending plates that adapt to the middle allowing you to size up the screw holes on the back of your TV capable to fit several sized TV'S. Not sure if this would fit a 55, but, wouldn't doubt it being able to hold a 55 with ease. Very durable product! 5Great product, better price! Our new TV did not fit our old mount, so I bought this one. Was delighted that the 3 bolts to the wall fit the same holes from the old one and the extension arms on the bracket fit the bigger TV. (They are pictured coming out in an "X" but they also can go horitonzally, which is what we needed. Picture 2.) Also loved that it came with a little level AND an HDMI cable. It seems very sturdy, adjusts and tilts in several ways and has 3 cord caps to keep things tidy. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this good for $20. 5Well Designed Product - great TV wall mount. Awesome wall mount. I purchased this for my very old 37" Phillips TV. Its a heavy TV and not very thin compared to today's options. The install is easy, find the studs and predrill mounting holes then set up and attach the mount. I like that the part that attaches to the TV itself is separate from the wall fixture. You can unplug your TV and unlock it from the fixture then take it off. Great for repairs or changing the TV to upgrade. The cord control system is clever but I wish it was a little bigger to hold more/thicker cords. It works well its just not designed for all the cords I have. It unfolds and pulls the TV away from the wall pretty easily. Then folds back nearly flat, but not quite flat. I like that you can tilt the TV while on the mount up/down and side to side giving a lot of range for placement and viewing. Well designed wall mount. 5Works amazingly on my 46" Samsung LED LCD TV! I have a 46" Samsung LED LCD TV and it has held it up incredibly well and I have no fear at all that it will fall. As other reviewers say, the instructions could be better, but seriously, if you're installing a wall mount yourself, you have to use some common sense. The parts are incredibly strong and just make sure you see which side goes up and which side goes down, as it is crucial to your installation. I would highly recommend this to anyone out there. 5
