Being a 2.5 mm is the negative part. But since I was giving a microphone with a 2.5mm connection, I didn't have any option. 5DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL OVERPAY!The earpiece broke within a week of use. Terrible quality for the price. I used this while deployed and while it works well with my radio, the fact that it broke with just a week of very light use is ridiculous. Worked great with Harris radios and MBITRs. Was my favorite configuration, teamed with a trucker mic and clipped to my plate carrier (trucker mic) and collar (the clip from the ear piece coil).
