    Three StarsTough to say how they are unless the SHTF. 3They don't taste badThese were ok. They taste like milk. I think I would feel like I was starving if I tried to eat it as suggested but it is just enough calories to keep you from starving to death and no more. 4**MIXED RESPONSEMy feeling is that these do not have as much nutrition as I had anticipated from the advertising. Very low in protein. 2Four Starsa little expensive but great shelf life and nice to have around 4Good quality but possibly pointlessHard to know how to rate these tabs. The quality and taste of are fine, I just can't quite figure out what they are for. They're basically really expensive multivitamins with a few calories but not anywhere close to your daily calorie requirements. The package gives you two days worth of multivitamin with only 240 calories a day including 4 grams of protein per day. What is the point on only having approximately 10% of your daily macronutrients? It's better than nothing but only slightly so. It seems like it would be much more efficient and cost effective to have a multivitamin and some other source of cheap calories. 3Amazing little productThought I'd try it. It is amazing in flavor and what' more it's ease of use. 5Really goodI bought a small bag to test the product and I am happy to report that they taste good and do what they are supposed to do. They don't generate thirst, which is important in a crisis. I ate nothing but the tablets one day and didn't have any problems. For bug out bags and emergency food storage, you definitely want these tablets. They are much easier to deal with than a big block of compressed "cookies" (aka 5 year bars). If you have a Foodsaver, you could buy the big container and then vacuum seal the tablets in single serve portions.
