    Not as described This hard hat isnt bad but not as described. It is not fiberglass molded it is plastic. 1Union sheet metal worker I've had this hard hat for 3 years, it's the most comfortable hat I've ever worn. I had the MSA skullgard, but the roughneck is a much better hat in my opinion. I'm a big guy with a big head and it has plenty of room for my noggin and a weld cap. Will definitely buy again. 5Looks good. Fits better! I intially purchased this, because I like the matte black finish. The real plus is that it actually fits my big head. Most hard hats sit awkwardly on my head no matter how much I adjust them, but this one fit perfectly and the PPE was actually already installed inside. 5Don t buy I have worked union construction for 17 years and have been given tons of fiber metal hard hats. But I wanted a black one so I bought this. I assume it s a leftover bunch of hats because the size would only fit someone with a really larg head . When I looked closer I noticed it was made in Mexico and all other ones I have owned where American made. So the quality is cheap but understandable for the price. So I requested a return and they charged me 8$ for the shipping return and 15% restocking fee. I received $14 for the $30 I paid for this hard hat. Find another company to buy from this one is shady. 1Great hat, but a word of advice Great hat, but a word of advice: Don't get it in black, unless you want to look like a polo player. 5Papa s Got a New Hat Hard hat is very comfortable and rides fairly low. I d prefer this one over a Skullgard any day. Also, I was worried about the manufactured date being too old as some areas require a hat to be discarded upon a certain age. The hat was made the month prior to my receiving of the hat. Very surprising. I highly recommend this product! 5Five Stars It's a cool Helmet. Doesn't sit too high on head and easy to flip for backwards fit 5good hardhat for big heads Good hard hat. It arrived with the inner component already installed into the shell, which is cool since usually you have to pop the liner into the helmet yourself when you buy a new hardhat. I have a big, round head and have always had trouble finding a hardhat that fits well, but this one does. The adjustment dial does not 'click' as it opens or closes but turns smoothly and stays secure in its position, making for a better fit. And the matte finish is nice and unique. 5Middle of the road quality at best I have been wearing hard hats for the last 30 years. I have owned many over the years. For the price there are far better quality hard hats out there. Biggest disappointment is the cheap adjustable head piece. It s not a bad hardhat but it fell far short of my expectations. 2:( I don t understand the fiber metal label. It s a plastic hard hat made in Mexico. One review said it sat lower on the head than your typical hard hat. Not! It looks like a witches cauldron sitting on top of your noggin. I was able to cut the head liner and bring it down a couple inches. I am five feet seven without the hat and six feet tall with the hat. 1
